There were many traditional Japanese dishes, fresh sushi & sashimi, signature rolls, bento boxes, udon & soba, Ramen, and appetizers all at a reasonable price. I lack dining experience with Japanese cuisine, so many of the menu items were unfamiliar. What I do know is the California roll was freshly made and delicious. This roll had an even amount of imitation crab, creamy avocado, and crisp cucumber, all skillfully wrapped with sushi rice and nori.
