Before I ordered, they informed me that it was being made fresh so the wait would be 10 minutes. I had the time and decided I would eat in at one of their tables. I had them add some additional carbs to my bowl - rice, black beans and sweet potato, and some veggies - carrots, cucumber, avocado, and pineapple salsa on the side, which turned out to be delicious, although I still miss the mango version. My dish was full of colors - healthy stuff, and I couldn't wait to dig in. I have always enjoyed the dishes I have had there and can't wait to go back. Before I left, I decided to order a few of their frozen meals to go. Directions on how to thaw them were on each package. I made a mistake of signing up for 4 weeks of meal delivery, and now I am out of hundreds of dollars. The first delivery was 2 days late and required multiple attempts to contact the merchant to get the ordered meals. Week 2 meals were delivered but be aware, if you happen to be in the shower when they show up with your delivery, they won't leave your meals on your secure porch and will just drive away with your order. Week 3- NO DELIVERY, NO CALL, NO EMAIL. Again, I had too contact the merchant to try to figure out where was my food. Days later got a response that they had an issue with their refrigerator and simply neglected to let me know!!! With over a thousand dollars already tied up with this merchant, I had to scramble to purchase food for my family elsewhere. Due to the "NO CALL NO SHOW" for the week 3 delivery, I politely asked the chef to immediately refund me for the remaining 2 weeks worth of food that wasn't delivered. I explained that because they failed to honor their contract, I had to make other arrangements for the meals. The merchant NEVER REFUNDED me for the remaining 2 WEEKS worth of food that they NEVER DELIVEREDA. I ended up having to contact my credit card company, and guess what? The merchant is lying to my credit card company, claiming they delivered all 4 weeks worth of meals! I am reaching out to the Office of the Attorney General and filing a fraud complaint next. Stay as far away from this thief as you can!
