Before I ordered, they informed me that it was being made fresh so the wait would be 10 minutes. I had the time and decided I would eat in at one of their tables. I had them add some additional carbs to my bowl - rice, black beans and sweet potato, and some veggies - carrots, cucumber, avocado, and pineapple salsa on the side, which turned out to be delicious, although I still miss the mango version. My dish was full of colors - healthy stuff, and I couldn't wait to dig in. I have always enjoyed the dishes I have had there and can't wait to go back. Before I left, I decided to order a few of their frozen meals to go. Directions on how to thaw them were on each package. That's just not true but I understand the frustration that led to a misunderstanding. I know the owner/chef was busy and working to try improve their marketing, ordering app, and communications. It's a small business so you just have to contact her directly if there is an issue and she will take care of it. I did that every time and I was patient because I want this good cooking to last to feed my family. Seems like great people. I've spoken to her and met the staff who deliver food to my house.
