My wife preferred the sour. The food was great! We started with the buffalo wings, I got the burger and my wife got the Nashville chicken sandwich. All were delicious! The truffle fries were worth the up charge with the sandwiches as they were full of flavor and still crisp when they arrived at the table. The environment was pleasant! Can't beat anything in Teton Valley. If I had to nitpick the dinner came out very shortly after the wings arrived- but I truly can't complain. I know this is a summer golfing community but it should be partitioned away from the restaurant or better yet, moved completely out of the building. They had a very nice wine selection and the winter menu, although not extensive, certainly had a nice variety to choose from. Lucky for me, they had an evening special, Wild Caught Sea Bass. Drinks and bread were delivered fairly well paced. Our meal took about an hour, which felt like forever. Upon receiving the meal and trying it, oh it was so worth the wait. Presentation was absolutely beautiful and the taste, matched it's beauty. The fish was fresh and cooked to perfection. Everyone in my party felt the same about their meal.
