Not coming back. Three Peaks used to be special. Now, not so much. Our cheese plate looked like it came from Broulims grocery across the street. My smash burger was bland and unseasoned. My companions potatoes were cold, oily, and over salted. Even after asking, both our waiter and chef proclaimed the Salmon to be wild caught. Well if it was caught it was caught from a farm tank. They sold it as wild, it was not. Our bubbly was warm, a fact not mentioned previously by the young man who served us. We've had previous great experiences here. Tonight, not so much. Do yourself a solid and go elsewhere until they get their sh*t together again. read more

We were visiting Driggs, Idahoand decided to stop in for dinner. We loved the aesthetics of the restaurant. They served hot homemade chips with a slightly spicy dip. For our appetizer we had the charcuterie board. One word, delicious! I had the beef tips special. It didn't disappoint! I would DEFINITELY order it again. My brother in law had the halibut special. He said it was amazing! My husband and sister in law had burgers. They said it was a good as it looked! You should try it! Oh and the service was spot on! read more

Came here for dinner with friends for the first time. The server was friendly and when my friend asked to see the chef, he happily came out to chat with us. I got the brussel sprout app and clams. My friends got calamari, loaded Mac and cheese and lasagna. All the portion sizes were large and everything tasted delicious! We enjoyed the modern decor, brick walls and pictures of the tetons on the wall. It had a really rustic feel. Prices were also very reasonable compared to Jackson Hole. Their food is delicious, their staff is SO kind and this restaurant went SO out of their way for over a year to accommodate our guests dietary restrictions, create a Wyoming-inspired menu and even helped us create a signature mocktail for our sober guests. This would be 4 stars if it weren't for the ribeye. The service, location, ambiance and menu are all wonderful. We ordered the loaded mac and cheese, greek salad, butternut squash ravioli, and ribeye between my wife and I, and everything was very good, except for the ribeye, which was ok. It's a big ribeye, it was cooked to my desired doneness, and the mashed potatoes it came with we're very good, but the steak itself was kind of bland. Not a lot of flavor. If I were you, I'd order several of the appetizers and small dishes and share, but just avoid the ribeye. read more

We are year-round locals and this is one of our favorite places to eat. Much quieter than some of the other restaurants, so you can have a pleasant conversation with everyone at the table. My favorite dish is the trout piccata; a close second is just having the mussels as a main course. Large wine selection. Service is always good. read more

Came here during a family ski trip. We made a reservation for Friday night and were shocked to see we didn't need one. The restaurant is right on Main Street in Driggs and very good. We started with the bruschetta, perfectly toasted bred with pesto, tomato, and mozzarella. My dad and I had the pesto salmon as a main which was delicious and a very good sized portion served with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Perfect for when you're hungry after a long day of skiing! My brother enjoyed the spaghetti and elk meatballs, also a good sized portion. We finished with a hot lava cake which was also good. All staff was very kind and the experience was great. The restaurant is beautiful with exposed brick walls, gorgeous leather chairs, and original ceiling and molding patterns to the old building. We had an amazing anniversary dinner at one of our favorite Teton Valley restaurants! Three Peaks has never disappointed. Our great waitress and friend JoAnn was superb as alway. A nice starter appetizer of fresh local potatoe chips with a delicious dipping sauce. A nice Cabernet! Mussels to die for in a white wine, roasted garlic, parsley butter sauce served with 460 baguette bread. A delicious romaine wedge salad with hearts of romaine, crispy onion strings, ranch dressing, bacon, blue cheese and balsamic glaze. A Chicken Parmigiana smothered in mozzarella and drizzled with balsamic glaze over penne pasta with a delicious marinara sauce and finally Herb Crusted Pork Medallions with dijon, aromatic herbs, red skin mashed potatoes, and broccoli. Definitely worth the 5th star! Food was amazing and the menu very accommodating to different dietary needs (had lots of gluten free and vegetarian options in addition to their normal menu). Our party of 8 had a fabulous dining experience last week. Our server was exceptional! Jo was attentive, caring and warm to all of us. We all enjoyed what we ordered and even though we were full, and had already packed some leftovers for take-home, we couldn't resist the dessert options. They were out of a couple of items BUT that as managed so effectively, as she explained before we even looked at the menu what the status was on the few items already unavailable or limited in quantity - what a fabulous customer experience - to proactively manage expectations instead of being disappointed when ordering. Jack was the chef and we even asked Jo if he could come out at the end of our evening, so we could each express our appreciation and delight at the meals he had prepared. One person is gluten-free, and both Jack and Jo were helpful and attentive to that dietary need. Really delicious and lovely presentation too! I was encouraged by all the other 7 in our group to write a solid endorsement in behalf of ALL of us. Next time we are anywhere near Driggs, we will return! read more

We ordered the cauliflower cakes, and the presentation was nice but the flavor was missing. It seemed like an easy dish that we could make at home. Seeing the behind the scenes of the restaurant was so cool, in addition to learning how to make some of the yummy recipes and learning about cooking techniques in general.
