    Salmon with red potatoes

Had an amazing dinner thanks to our server Jo! The food was incredible, we got the focaccia bread with ricotta dip which was insanely good. We also got the special which was a really really good tempura shrimp. Also got the molten lava cake which was a little too small but other than that it was great!

Not coming back. Three Peaks used to be special. Now, not so much. Our cheese plate looked like it came from Broulims grocery across the street. My smash burger was bland and unseasoned. My companions potatoes were cold, oily, and over salted. Even after asking, both our waiter and chef proclaimed the Salmon to be wild caught. Well if it was caught it was caught from a farm tank. They sold it as wild, it was not. Our bubbly was warm, a fact not mentioned previously by the young man who served us. We've had previous great experiences here. Tonight, not so much. Do yourself a solid and go elsewhere until they get their sh*t together again.

We hired Chef Steve and team with Three Peaks Catering for our wedding in Jackson, WY and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. For our main dishes, we had Beef Herb Grilled Tenderloin, Cedar Planked Wild Pacific Salmon, and Harvest Butternut Squash Ravioli. We highly recommend the House Made Idaho Kettle Crisps with Smoky Chipotle & House Made Dill Ranch Dipping Sauce - so good!! From the delicious food, excellent service from the friendly and personable staff, to the take home naan flatbread pizzas (which were a huge hit!), everything from start to finish was perfect. Thank you again for being a part of our special day and helping make it one we will never forget.

Came here for dinner with friends for the first time. The server was friendly and when my friend asked to see the chef, he happily came out to chat with us. I got the brussel sprout app and clams. My friends got calamari, loaded Mac and cheese and lasagna. All the portion sizes were large and everything tasted delicious! We enjoyed the modern decor, brick walls and pictures of the tetons on the wall. It had a really rustic feel. Prices were also very reasonable compared to Jackson Hole. We would definitely return!

We used Three Peaks to cater our wedding on 7.11.24 at the Diamond Cross Ranch and I can't even put into words how AMAZING they are. Their food is delicious, their staff is SO kind and this restaurant went SO out of their way for over a year to accommodate our guests dietary restrictions, create a Wyoming-inspired menu and even helped us create a signature mocktail for our sober guests. Chef Steve, his assistant Kelsey, and the entire crew went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us and everything about them was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Highly recommend using them for any catering gig you have!!!

    Loaded (?) mac n cheese

Pretty disappointed. Ordered loaded mac and it looks nothing like it does in the other picture on here... Also has barley any Gorgonzola and NO pork sausage as is listed on the menu. Not worth $20

We hired Three Peaks to provide the catering for our 89 person wedding in Jackson Hole and were absolutely blown away! The level of service was top notch and the food was to die for. I have never had such delicious food at a wedding before. The menu was completely customized to us & Steve made sure we had everything we could have wanted. Appetizers, drinks, entrees and desserts were all taken care of so seamlessly. The entire process from our first inquiry was so smooth too. I cannot recommend Three Peaks enough!!!!

    Greek salad

This would be 4 stars if it weren't for the ribeye. The service, location, ambiance and menu are all wonderful. We ordered the loaded mac and cheese, greek salad, butternut squash ravioli, and ribeye between my wife and I, and everything was very good, except for the ribeye, which was ok. It's a big ribeye, it was cooked to my desired doneness, and the mashed potatoes it came with we're very good, but the steak itself was kind of bland. Not a lot of flavor. If I were you, I'd order several of the appetizers and small dishes and share, but just avoid the ribeye.

I chose Three Peaks catering for my wedding reception and I was not disappointed. Everything was spectacular from the food, the service, the communication, the willingness to exceed my expectations. I could've not asked for anything better

This was probably the best meal we had while visiting Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks…read more We had a day to explore the area and Grok (of all things/places) recommended visiting Victor and Driggs for the day. Kids had chicken tenders and the steak and fries. Both kids enjoyed their meal. The chicken tenders were huge and kid got 3 of them. The steak was about 5oz, which was a decent size for the kid. It came pre-cut, so the kiddo didn't have to handle a huge steak knife to cut it--which was nice. Both came with a generous serving of golden French fries. Fresh cut or frozen, these fries were good! Either a second ramekin of ketchup or a larger one is definitely needed for the amount of fries served. I had the burger. It wasn't fancy--just cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onions--but it was a thick patty with fluffy bun with lots of flavor. It also came with a ton of golden fries. My mom had the BLT that didn't skimp on the pork belly. I wish the stores sold thick cut bacon like that. She said it was delicious. Hubby had the lobster roll. The kids brought the purple potato chips were the neatest thing (they were good, too). The lobster roll was perfectly dressed--not too much and not too skimpy--and tasted surprisingly fresh. This place is a little more upscale than some of the other places we've eaten at this week. We were welcomed as we were--shorts and tees. Other guests were dressed casually, not overly fancy. The adjacent museum was a cool place to visit, too. It housed 3 restored Navy planes that were neat to see. Since we're headed home tomorrow, we won't be back, but if we were staying longer, we'd make the ~hour long drive just to eat there again!

However, our food experience was also mixed. We shared a soup du jour (potato bacon broth based) which was awesome. Parmesan fries app came as a generous portion and were pretty good as was our elderberry mocktail. The big disappoint was the tandoori chicken which the waitress recommended but we found to be very dry. It was described on the menu as having a yogurt marinate, which was already mixed into the dish, but we couldn't really taste it. The tabouli/rice that came with it was also dry and didn't have much taste. The waitress was nice and tried to get more sauce but when she couldn't, she brought olive oil and vinegar which was ok but at that point I would have just liked something different as it was pretty mediocre. Forage is a nice restaurant with some nice options but you should expect to spend a fair amount. I would expect the fine dining experience quality to match the price, but we had enough good food here that I would come back to try something different.

Produce tasted fresh and their green smoothie was pretty good as well Service- 5 stars Food came out quickly and the servers and bartenders were really attentive. The atmosphere hits that perfect Jackson vibe with a modern Western, warm lighting, rustic wood accents, and a fun energy vibe without feeling chaotic. It's the kind of place that works just as well for après-ski drinks as it does for a full sit-down dinner. The menu has something for everyone: elevated comfort food, solid steaks, fresh fish, and great shareable starters. Everything we ordered was flavorful and well-executed. The cocktails were creative (and strong in a good way), and the wine list was thoughtfully curated. Service was friendly and efficient even when it was busy, which says a lot during peak ski season. You can tell they're used to handling the resort crowd without sacrificing quality. Whether you're wrapping up a long ski day or just want a fun, reliable dinner spot in Teton Village, Spur delivers. Great food, great vibe, and right where you want to be. Definitely a repeat stop. It was the perfect ending to a perfect trip and stay in Jackson Hole.

A thoroughly enjoyable evening and dinner…read more Possibly the best ribeye I've had in the past 10 years, but the other "foam and powder"aspects of the dish were just silly. The so called General Tso steak sauce was like a thimbleful smear and completely irrelevant. BBQ Ramen seasoning? Not even enough to get a taste profile of it. The trout with a green curry sauce was good but again, ummmm.... Trout has a subtle flavor. Green curry coconut sauce, and stuffed with another type of Asian something something....might as just as well better to use a neutral tasting fish like a better quality tilapia imho. Let trout taste like trout. Use a different, neutral tasting fish for these kinds of sauces and fillings. Well at least it wasn't covered with a garnish of micro greens lol. Just a little cilantro heh heh heh. I mean don't get me wrong. Both entrees were okay. But a waste of quality fish when a less costly fish would have been fine what with all those other flavors. And the foam and powder embellishments on the steak were barely noticeable. The whole menu reads like a community college cooking school graduate little bit of this little bit of that. When I get home I'm going to have fun writing the different components of all the menu items on index cards, shuffle, and see what combinations come up each time. And I love the idea of a General Tso steak sauce and want to try creating one. And using a packet of Ramen seasoning instead of Cajun seasoning sounds like a fun thing to try. I just won't do it on a fifty dollar piece of meat. If you are counting calories you skip the gross doughnut hole dessert. Dense ball of dough. Gummy. Like they used a cake doughnut recipe instead of a yeast doughnut or beignet recipe. But if not counting calories , go for it. It's fun to try the sauces, even if not that great a doughnut. Great, festive, lively ambiance . Super friendly staff and service.

Unfortunately, the bar was painfully slow. Our first round of drinks took about 15 minutes, and the second took closer to 30 minutes after ordering. We eventually had to check in to make sure they were even coming. The food was fine, but not something we'd come back for. The elk pasta lacked the depth and richness you expect from a bolognese. The trout--poblano stuffed and curry-prepared--was an interesting idea, but the curry completely overpowered the fish, making the dish feel unbalanced. We had curry-dusted trout at The Blue Lion earlier in the week that was far better. (One of the best trout meals I've ever had.)
