They advertise themselves as the most authentic Chinese restaurant in Jackson Hole, which is probably true. Service was fast. Food was good - considering that we're in Jackson. Ordered the chicken teriyaki - it's a lot of chicken. Sauce is a little too sweet for me. Comes with barely cooked / raw onions. Beef and broccoli was solid. Portions were big and definitely filled us up. Would come back

I recently went to China fun restaurant with my friend for lunch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside of the restaurant was clean and we were seated right away.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was quick and the food came out in about seven minutes. I ordered the Mongolian beef lunch special with scallion and onions it didn't have any spice, but I was expecting at least a little kick (maybe it was "Wyoming spicy" lol) anyway my dish came with rice and an egg roll. It wasn't anything special kinda mid. The food was light a little bit oily but not super heavy. I thought China fun was decent and I think I would probably return.

Decent food. Great prices. Good atmosphere. The prices are so good I almost gave it another star!

Positive vibes we took back with us :)

Vegetarian reviewer: My partner and I absolutely loved the veg fried rice. It was exceptional, please note it's worth it to add the extra mushroom. I wish I did not deduct that one star but I have to coz the tofu dish was too oily, we kept pressing the oil out with napkins. And also, it had too much turmeric in it which left an after taste. This dish still tasted good. My partner also ordered the egg soup- he liked it but it's not my thing. The restaurant is clean and the server spoke with very kindly with us. There are parking spots right in front of the restaurant so it's convenient. I really recommend this place if you're in Jackson. We missed the hot pot coz apparently they only serve it during winters.

Very surprised at the taste of the Chinese food here but would say it is pretty good especially in a village in the middle of the no where. Dishes were on the pricier side but over would try again.

the sweet and sour spare ribs we ate is the best by far.

Amazing quality and portions for the price. The mapo tofu (called bean curd szechuan on their website menu) was especially very good value. We called ahead for takeout, and the food was ready in 15 minutes. Really added spice to our trip to Teton national park :) We loved it to the point where we actually went back to dine in the next day.

5 star food! 5 star service! Order from the authentic Chinese menu if you can. The menu says the pot stickers came with 6 dumplings but we got 8. It came out fast and hot and perfectly pan fried. The mustard greens and pork noodle soup is laden with noodles, delicious as is but even better with a little scoop of chili oil. It's a bargain at $14.95. But the star is the clay pot chicken! It's super aromatic with star anise, ginger, garlic, and Jalapeños! So authentic. The chicken does have bones. FYI.

Combination sweet and sour dinner with fried rice, wonton soup, crab Rangoon and an order of pork egg roll

The restaurant is SO beautiful and truly a wow moment when you walk in. We greeted by our waitress Bestie and what a rockstar she was! We were informed that it was Happy Hour so we took advantage of the drink & food specials and we are so glad we did. Easily one of the best margaritas I've ever had!! The Tuna Crudo was so delicious, fresh, and fantastic. We decided to split the Cucumber Salad and the kitchen split the plates which was much appreciated - It was also fresh and amazing. We decided to also split the Miso Black Cod and the portion was HUGE! For the price, especially in Jackson, the portions were more than generous and for the quality of food... An amazing deal! We finished the night with a Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet (not pictured because let's be real, it was gone in 60 seconds haha)! Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough to visitors or locals to Jackson. 10/10 across the board!! Thank you Bestie and The Kitchen for a fabulous experience!

The bar seating was available and allowed us to watch the kitchen staff hustling. Once seated, we waited for Beste to take our order, about 10 minutes. She was MIA most of the evening. Our evening started with the braised beef bao bun with carrot, kimchi, sesame seeds, kimchi aioli, and pickled onions. The flavor was good but it was grossly over-sauced and extremely messy. The bao bun was delivered broken in half. The lemongrass flavored pork dumplings were accompanied with onions, radishes and fermented black bean chili crisp. The dumplings were boiled and had no crispness from being pan seared which left a doughy taste. Our favorite was the Caeser salad with gem lettuce, tahini Caesar, aged parm and nori dusted rice crisp. A truly crisp bite with little taste crunches from the nori and tasty tahini Caesar. Homerun! Our final dish was the shrimp toast with kimchi aioli, pickled jalapeno, toasted sesame seeds on a milk bread slice. There was no shrimp taste and was told it was a "thin" shrimp mousse spread covered by other ingredients. I would bet there is less than a teaspoon of mousse on 4 pieces of toast. I have several issues with tonight's dining experience. A waitress, Beste was MIA, left empty plates piled up with limited room at the bar, did not change out plates coated with kimchi sauce between services, and a short attitude when we asked about "where is the shrimp". I hope the restaurant can correct these issues or find help that truly cares. Hospitality means pay attention and "Anticipate" the patrons need prior to them realizing it. This also falls on management who needs to guide and set a culture that employees can emulate. SHOW THEM THE LIGHT!

Reservations are not taken, instead you will find the host making people scoot to make room for new arrivals at the long tables. Our servers were spot-on with service, drinks and sharing her favorites. It is cozy and casual, people meeting people. The spirits here are for the pros with knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and bubbles. We started with the wild mushroom mozzarella with balsalmic butter, parmesan and balsalmic glaze served on crunchy baguettes. It was unbelievably flavored and tasty, a great start to the night and must have! The Spanish salad with arugula, apple, fennel, almonds, manchego and a honey-sherry vinegarette was good but not on par with the other dishes. The tuna crudo with cucumber, arugula, crunchy grains, orange wedges, citrous vinegarette, fried capers and preserved lemon was light, a real palate cleanser, and refreshing. A pleasant surprise and would order again. The lamb pintxos was our final selection and a great dish to end the night on. The fork tender lamb tenderloin was served on 2 skewers with mojo verde, Spanish aoili, and pickled red onions on crisp baguette slices. Another Homerun! The menu changes frequently and the tapas allow you to try several different delectable dishes. It encourages sharing and forces you to open up and try different dishes. Hands-down my favorite food and conversation while visiting Jackson, WY. To the staff here at Binn 22, congrats on a unique and completely fabulous dinner and concept. I mean how greedy do you have to be? It's a small thing but it sets the tempo to offer some bread. The service at Gun Barrel moves on the slower side. Food took 30 minutes to reach the table after ordering. I'd say that's a bit tardy for a steakhouse. The decor is exactly what you'd expect and it does a good job of feeling like a hunting club cabin. Wish they'd put a fire in the fireplace though, if it is an actual functioning fireplace. I ordered the ribeye. The steak had good crust, flavor, and seasoning. It was pretty damn tough. I had to revisit the menu and yep these were choice cut steaks. Kind of pricey for choice meat at that. Even the cap of the ribeye was needing to be chewed on repeatedly in order to swallow it. It was tough even by choice standards. It was a shame because the chef knew what he was doing. The temp was right, it was seasoned well, beautiful crust... just a crap steak he had to work with. A quick word on my side of mashed potatoes. They were okay but you get a pathetic amount, maybe about a cup worth. Just another thing that makes this place feel cheap. My date ordered the salmon. It tasted fishy and had no seasoning on it at all. Like zero salt or pepper. The fishy taste was notable, like it was starting to spoil but they cooked it up anyway instead of throwing it out. I would avoid this place.
