Right in Victor, ID, near our Airbnb, we found Thai food that hit the spot. We took a seat and were greeted by the friendly staff. Seasoned peanuts, along with iced water, were brought to the table, and we devoured the peanuts. We tried the Khao Soi with chicken that contained crispy and boiled egg noodles, topped with Cilantro in a spicy broth. A side of pickled mustard greens, onions, and lime was also provided. Maybe not as rich and savory as I've had before, but still delicious overall. The portion size was good, and the dish contained a good amount of chicken. I viewed pics on Yelp of Pad See Ew. However, it was not on the menu. The server informed us that it was on the secret menu and we decided to try it. It was definitely different than I've had before and made with thin noodles. This is easily the best Thai food in the Tetons, and probably in WY/ID. (It equals my favorite Thai place in the Denver metro area, and there are several really good options in that area.) As others have mentioned, the khao soi is phenomenal. The spring rolls may be worth a trip just to eat them. My kids love the university noodles, and if they were allowed to do so, would probably eat them every day. I have also ordered the suki "hang" stir fry more times than I want to admit to, and it never disappoints. Their drinks are also inexpensive, and the service is great. read more

Food was okay. Is what they said about the other meals. First owners did it better. We ordered take out and they put pork in my stir-fry veggies which I did not order. None of the other orders had pork, just chicken. I could not eat it because of the pork. We even gave them a nice 20% tip. I will never go back. read more

One thing, we asked for some extra rice when we saw the rice boxes, knowing there won't be enough rice to match the curry's ordered. It was at the end of day and you would think they would just add the extra rice for no charge, instead they charged $3 for the extra box of rice. My bf and I have been to Chiang Mai and we're very excited to try this restaurant! It was so good! My bf love khao soi and was not disappointed! My personal favorite was the pad kra pow and of course the fried bananas. The drinks were fairly cheap and the server was very nice. Everything was absolutely spectacular, much of this cuisine is from Northern Thailand. The street ribs are juicy tender and flavorful with the perfect amount of spice. I loved everything on their appetizer sampler but the star was the northern Thai sausage great spices in the sausage can tell this is house made. The Khai soi was fantastic a beautiful coconut broth with Kaiffer lime leaves very fragrant with a perfect amount of spice. I loved the combination of the egg noodles with the crispy noodles. The kids ordered a kids garlic chicken with sticky rice and carrots and the university ramen both are every bite. Service was non existent. Once your order was placed, you were on your own. When I went to pay, they rang me up without showing me the bill. After I ran my card, it turned out that it was a more expensive bill for a different table. So then they refunded me and reran my debit card. Now I am waiting for up to five days to receive a refund. An absolute gem serving authentic Thai food in Idaho. After visiting Thailand I feel in love with Chiang Mai and the Khao Soi, after finding this restaurant I was beyond excited and not disappointed. The beers are cheap so drink up! The Khao Soi is an absolute must, the curry and coconut broth is to die for. Plenty of noodles and protein are included as well but that broth is to die for. We went back!!! This time, we ordered: Duck wings - 6 crispy wings, tender meat, glazed in a Thai chili sauce. So flavorful and so good!! Tofu Song Krueng - this was on their specials menu. Egg tofu, ground pork, mushroom, and carrot in a thick gravy-like chicken broth. This dish really blew my mind and I hope they add this as a regular item on their menu! Khao Soi - of course, had to get this again. I came back for this! This time, I got spice level 2 and it's perfect! I would suggest checking what's on their specials menu because the 2 out of 2 times we ordered something from there, they just really hit the right spot. There were only two staff waiting on tables while also taking care of phone orders and takeouts, but never once did I feel neglected by them. They were so nice, so attentive, and made a point to check on each table a few times throughout the night. I really really enjoyed our dining experience here so much and I'm gonna be kind of sad as I don't know when and if I will ever come back and visit. I hope so!!! I must say, this restaurant does not disappoint and I am so happy that the food tasted authentic. Really enjoyed our meal here. Love that they carry a locally brewed apple cider. Loved my warming Suki Soup. I like pretty spicy - but a 2 was plenty spicy for me. Delicious broth and perfectly cooked veggies. Next time I would try the Khao Soi if they would make it for me with the glass noodles instead of the egg noodles. I tried my friend's and the broth was delicious. The chef stopped by to chat and said they make their own broth from duck and chicken bones. My husband had a chicken and veggie stir fry and really liked it, but it wasn't enough for him. Next time he needs to order an app or salad also. Who knew? Who knew that we would have one of the BEST Thai meals we've EVER had in Victor Idaho? It started with Thai spiced fried peanuts. I ordered a Singha beer to cool down the spice which was perfect. We then had fried duck wings- beautifully spiced and crisp - marinated crispy pork belly with a spicy sauce on the side, and the Thai spiced sausage with shrimp chips that were perfectly spiced with a lovely texture. Our main course was the Khoa Soi (sp?) a beautiful soup- like dish with a lightly peanut coconut flavored broth with both crispy and soft noodles, chicken strips and brightly flavored soup greens. We brought wine -$5 corkage. All in all? An amazing meal with friendly waitress service and conversation with the chef. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant read more
