I called Jersey Mike's, and they informed me that the food is ready, but it is DoorDash's fault for not picking it up. Okay, I was not informed that I was supposed to contact DoorDash, especially since I had no number to call or way of contacting them. I had to conduct research and finally contacted DoorDash, and they stated it was Jersey Mike's fault. Each company points to the next company. DoorDash canceled the delivery since I'm unable to do it myself, according to Jersey Mike's. Either way, I paid for delivery, but I did not receive a refund and had to pick up the food myself two hours later. So I have learned not to place a delivery again or order from this location.
