Came to SeaWorld to use our Christmas Celebration Food & Sips lanyard not aware that most kiosks don't open until 3 PM so stopped by for something to eat. Opted for the pepperoni pretzel, which really isn't a pretzel. This had four pieces of pepperoni with cheese on 1.5" of dough for $11.99. Lesson learned and won't repeat. As the park has gone cashless they now only offer "self checkout" monitored by an employee. Mine definitely didn't look like what was on the marquee. read more

These pretzels take the cake. Whoever Mama is, she sure knows what she's doing! You can choose from a couple different pretzel options- regular salted, cinnamon sugar, pretzel dog and one other I think. And an accompanying sauce of course. They also give you homemade potato's chips with the pretzel if you so choose. All da carbs. The pretzels are thick, but light and fluffy. Soft pretzels that melt in your mouth and just make you want more. I had no idea a theme park pretzel could be even half this good, but they impressed! If I ever came back to SeaWorld I'd get a Mama's pretzel asap!! read more

You're in an amusement park, so I shouldn't even have to mention that the prices are extremely inflated. LOL The pretzel dogs are really good. Small, but good. The salted pretzel bites with cheese are good. The cinnamon sugar pretzel bites wit the sweet cream dip are to just die for. They also make my blood sugar go through the roof. LOL A lot of people love the homemade chips they make, but my husband and I don't much care for them. They do come with the pretzel dogs at no additional charge and they come with some other items also. Depending on what you order, it shouldn't cost you anything to order. Highly recommend grabbing the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites and taking them in with you to see the Orca show, Great snack! Clean and friendly employees. They also have a foundation machine here, so you can refill your refillable cups. I'd also like to add I did try a bite a of my husband's pepperoni pizza pretzel and it was really good. My husband loves pretzels and on our first visit to SeaWorld, he wanted to try this spot out but there was a huge line. We went again recently at opening time which Yelp and Google states is 11 am but doors did not open until 11:22 AM. (There's a good amount of outside seating so we had no issue waiting in the shaded area.) Mama's pretzel kitchen is located close to Sesame Street land area of SeaWorld. The menu is simple consisting of various pretzels and premade dipping sauces. We paid around $13 for the salted pretzel nuggets with 2 cheese sauces. The pretzel itself was quite delicious and you can tell it was freshly made. The cheese sauce was cold and reminded me of cheez whiz. It was still good and paired well with the pretzel. We found this quick bite to be worth it and would definitely come back here again! read more

We have been Annual pass holders for a decade and have always made the pretzel kitchen our first stop on every trip. Have times gotten so bad that you charge $10 for a hotdog with no chips or dips? I will pay that if I'm watching a professional sporting event but not while slogging around a park. Very disappointed. Seaworld, if this trend continues you will lose the most important people to you. The ones that support you year after year after year. The dog I got and the pizza pretzel my wife got were both cold. For me Mama's Pretzel Kitchen did not exactly live up to its hype. The pretzels are precooked and sitting in a case for I do not know exactly how long. I just know that my pretzel was past it's prime and became bird food. The cheese sauce that came with it did not resemble anything like cheese. The pretzel dog and potato chips were enjoyed by a couple of people in my party. My son-in-law enjoyed the meatball pretzel. I think that the trick may be to ask which pretzels are the freshest before ordering. They also have slushy machines with lots of different flavors. I have not had a slushy drink in years and decided to try the banana flavor. I completely enjoyed it and wished that I had poured a whole cup instead of half. The beer was fine but everyone working there clearly doesn't know anything about beer and the menu doesn't correspond to what is on draft. Considering how overpriced the drinks are it wouldn't hurt if the staff knew a little bit about their product. read more

I've been to Mama's Pretzel Kitchen several times before, usually when I'm craving a quick snack in SeaWorld, and don't want to wait in the longer lines some of the quick service locations around the park can get. Up until my most recent visit, my experience with the restaurant had been a fairly positive one. The pretzels were always fresh, staff was always friendly, and as a participating restaurant on the passholder meal plan, the price (free), was always right. On this past visit to Mama's however, issues were plentiful. Upon entering the restaurant, everything appeared a bit untidy. Napkins scattered across the floor, sticky counter tops, soda machines out of soda and ice. The restaurant had clearly been through what felt like a rush, but being fairly slow when I visited, it felt strange that none of these issues had been addressed. At the very least, staff could have picked up the trash on the floor, as it was the most visible of the issues. The staff was friendly and helpful, and was more than happy to assist with any needs I had, but the issue mentioned before with restaurant cleanliness, and missing products unfortunately fall back on the team. To eat, I had a Meatball Twist Pretzel with a Coke. The Pretzel itself was hard, and becoming cold, and the meatballs inside were luke warm at best. The pretzel had clearly been sitting out for quite sometime, and it unfortunately was difficult to eat as a result. The pretzel should have been thrown out, and the fact that it was served to a guest was a huge disappointment. I will return to Mama's in the future because of their quick service, and because I love soft pretzels, but hope moving forward that the restaurant can improve their food quality and issues I experienced on my visit today. read more

First off these "Pretzels" are more like giant pieces of bread with a lack of flavoring. I personally think it is more comparable to a roll than a pretzel. The food portions are generous but it does not taste like a Pretzel. I think it is unfortunate that even with the ALL DAY DINING PLAN the pretzel does not come with a sauce and costs extra. I feel like you get a lot more with your pass at other dining locations. read more

If you like variety, and if you like pretzels, chances are you'll be very happy with Mama's Pretzel Kitchen. The pretzel nuggets are pretty good, but make sure you have something to drink with them. They have regular mustard for free, but the spicy brown mustard will cost you extra. read more

If you want to be charged an egregious amount of $ for a something resembling a 'pretzel' you go here. It was embarrassing for the amount of $ we had to pay to receive a kids hot dog in a 'pretzel' bun, two waters, a "pep-pizza" pretzel, and one dollar for a teaspoon of mustard for sale when packets were available outside for free. The "Pizza" pretzel was two pieces of pepperoni with a small sprinkle of cheese on top. Nothing pizza like was inside of the 'pretzel.' Plus, it was so salty it was awful!!! A good spot to grab a beer and snack at SeaWorld. Just your typical theme park grab and go, but they do have some craft beers which is nice. The line was quick and the staff was friendly. No complaints! read more

We came here during Spring/Easter Break. The crowd at the park was what you would expect from a Holiday break. That being said, this dining option is right near Shamu stadium and before you walk into Sesame Place. We were able to locate a table with an umbrella. The kids absolutely LOVED the hot dog pretzel and I found myself overwhelmed with the Cheeseburger Pretzel, in a good way! If you're hungry then order the burger pretzel because you cannot stay hungry afterwards! This was a great meal and I thoroughly enjoyed the service as well. They were very friendly. The place could have used a little pick me up as the floors were a bit sticky and I did not see anyone come out to wipe the tables, even though the rush was over. read more

That was disappointing... we had dined here last year; and, enjoyed it. However, this visit was 180 degrees opposite of our prior experience. The pretzels were over cooked, had been sitting under the heat lamp too long; and, were dried out. Service was little more than plopping the items (a Cinnamon Twist and Pretzel Bites) on to a cardboard container. We couldn't figure out where to go to pay, so headed out the door when someone finally came out to ring up our purchases. Not worth the nearly $10 for two "snacks." read more
