I saw a man riding a motorcycle when the driver of one of the company trucks was driving aggressively and recklessly. He repeatedly cut in front of him, appeared to intentionally try to force him out the lane, and twice accelerated in a way that caused heavy diesel exhaust/smoke to come directly toward him blinding everyone on freeway! The driver appeared to be japanese or filipino and have long hair and a mustache dark complexion . This behavior was extremely dangerous, especially toward a motorcyclist who has very little protection on the road. Professional company vehicles represent the businesses they work for, and drivers should be held to a higher safety standard. No rider or driver should have to fear being pushed into an unsafe situation on the freeway. Tim is your guy to fix any plumbing problem you have. I had a clogged bath tub for about a month. My baby's tiny wash cloth went down the drain before I could stop it. My tub started draining slowly the following week after it went down. I purchased a drain snake to see if I could get it out myself, but it didn't work. Everyday the tub would drain slower and slower. After a month passed it just stopped draining, so we resorted to using a bowl to manually empty out the water in the tub to the sink. After 2 days of fishing out dirty tub water I decided to call a professional to help me. I searched through a lot of plumbers located on my side in Waipio. I looked at so many other Plumming companies before I decided to go with him. Tim had the best reviews even better than the popular ones that you hear on TV or the Radio. Tim responded with in 2 mins of sending out a request to unclog my bathtub. He was even willing to come to fix it that night, and mind you it was 8pm when I looked him up in yelp. I told him I could wait till tomorrow morning, because it was late already, and I didn't mind waiting till the morning. Tim said that he didn't mind and would be there in 35mins to help me fix my clogged tub. He arrived fast, and It seriously only took him like couple minutes to pull out the wash cloth and hair that was clogging the drain. His heavy duty drain snake put my drain snake to shame haha. I was so thankful to have a working tub again that didn't clog. I wish I called Tim sooner. I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends and family. This is my third time writing about our service with Big Tuna Plumbing and again, we are so…read morefortunate, pleased and happy with Harland's service, unbelievable honesty, fairness, meticulousness, and desire to do a more than a good job, but a superb job. At our condo, the board of directors required many units to fix up their plumbing if inspectors found leaking or frozen valves, pipes, faucets, etc. We immediately called Harland from Big Tuna Plumbing as we had to change out a number of valves and leaks. He gave us an estimate for the job thinking it would be quick. It wasn't, and he was extraordinarily gracious and apologetic about the extra time it took. The job took longer than expected as he had to refit, saw, and reconfigure many of the 43 year old pipes, fittings, valves, and faucets. It wasn't a replace the valves and leave. It took a lot of work, hard labor, and time. If you watch him, he doesn't waste any motions or tries to rack up hours but focuses and gets each part of his job done as quickly, cleanly, and professionally as he can. For the record, he's the only plumber we've hired (and we've tried many) who actually cleans up and puts things back as he finds them . . . as he goes and most definitely before he leaves. Even my grumpy mom (over 90 years old), who lives in our condo, took an immediate liking to Harland for his kindness and truly sincere willingness to do a good job at a fair price. As he's done whenever we've called him, he responded quickly, he was prompt, humble, so very courteous, and hard working.
