As far as food trucks go, this one's top notch! Their pricing is a little high, but the butter burger is worth it. I also had the cheese curds which were to die for. With that being said, those are the two stellar items I'd recommend. I wouldn't recommend the grouper sandwich. My brother was super disappointed with it. If you see this truck, don't hesitate to try their fried cheese curd! it's so much better than your average fried mozzarella, with a more toothsome, slightly squeaky texture but still a bit gooey and pillowy. The batter is thin, crisp and light. For $11 you get a huge portion loaded in a 5x8 tray. i couldn't quite finish it, and they gave me some aluminum foil and a bag to take away. read more

I'm not a food truck foodie. Honestly the scare me, but we were at an event with food trucks and I was hungry. At first, I was concerned because there was no line, but gave it a try. Boy were we glad! We ordered the Wisconsin burger and the chicken sandwich. The guy in the truck was working alone, but said the food would take 6-8 minutes. We waited nearby and watched him work his magic. The chicken was hand dipped in buttermilk then battered and fried...right there in front of us! Nothing pre-breaded. We watched him prepare our buns and take more orders keeping everything under control. The food was piping hot and fresh! The chicken was so hot had had to wait a while for it to cool. Don't worry I had fries to snack on, which were amazing! Perfectly fried...crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My husband's burger tasted like it was cooked on a grill in the backyard. The burger is cooked to order and has great flavor. Comes with fries and lto. I get to have their food when they come to Magic City Casino on the third Saturday of every month. I had the pleasure of trying their fried beer cheese curds at the Barrel of Monks Grand Opening. They were fantastic tempura battered bites of heaven. The service was quick, polite and friendly. I can't wait to try them again for their pretzel bites and fish fry. read more

(3.5 Stars) WR was one of the many food trucks at Funky Buddha's Maple Bacon Coffee Porter Day festival. We chose it because of the pulled pork sandwich made with FBB OP Porter; wanted to stick with the theme of the festival. They also had bacon mac-n-cheese! No brainer! I'll be honest and admit that the presentation of the food was lacking but they were also serving a few thousand people that night so I figured I'd let it slide. The pulled pork sandwich was outstanding. Served on a pretzel bun (YUM) and quite flavorful! Loved that they had a pickle spear and side of slaw with it. I also ordered a bacon mac-n-cheese all for myself! Yeah, I was a little hungry! Again, presentation was off and I'm pretty sure it had been re-heated but overall it was pretty good. I would definitely give them another try, but not during such a large festival setting. Spending $10 for a sandwich and $6 for a side of mac-n-cheese... Stopped by while the truck was parked at Young Circle in Ft Lauderdale. I ordered the Wisconsin butter burger it was delicious! It was ready in 5 minutes and was better than most gourmet burgers I've had and it was only $13 with fries included. I will definitely be a repeat customer! read more

I tried Wholesome Rollers at Due South Brewery in Boynton Beach during their Octoberfest release weekend. I ordered the pretzel bites which came with beer cheese. They were delivering food from the truck to people sitting in the brewery. Unfortunately this led to them "not being able to find me" and I had to ask them for my order about 30 minutes after ordering. Fortunately they remade it since the first order had gone cold. The pretzel bites unfortunately were quite bland. The beer cheese was even blander strangely enough. I tried their French fries as well and found them very underwhelming. The concept is interesting, a lot of German themed food was on the menu, but they need to improve the flavor. read more

There food is great, The one I enjoyed most would be their fried beer cheese curds and there pulled pork sandwich. Fantastic gumbo from their truck at lunch today. Thick, tasty, and full of sausage, chicken, celery, onions and spicy goodness. Co-worker got a hot dog, and was pleasantly surprised it came with fries (which I did not try but which smelled great). Maybe they could advertise that hot dog price includes fries. read more
