They make you feel very welcome. We love the patio, especially on warmer days. It's a great way to spend an evening. The music was fantastic! The Short Pump location is busy but it's staffed and managed well. I've found the staff friendly/ personable and on the ball. I've never had to wait very long to receive my food order or long in line to pay, and they get food orders made right. The food options here are awesome- breakfast, hoagie sandwiches, and interestingly coffee options are my go-too. Sandwiches rival other sub places easily and Wawa is actually my preferred. Food is made to order and never skimpy on the amount. Prices are the cheapest that I have found for similar food anywhere else. Wawa has rewards that give free meals. Points rack up rather quickly. I order from the app and it's easy to use and automatically gives you the points. Best value for the money in my opinion and for better quality food.

All the pumps were working, and the workers were smiling and seemed friendly. I don't know why everyone else stops but I know I stopped because I have to get some tea, and when you have big National/regional chains you're never guaranteed that you're going to get good service because their chains and they're going to get their business because they are recognizable and popular. The manager is here must be doing a great job with the employees because the employees did a great job of remembering that today was the day they were supposed to give good service.

My sis and I popped in to get some gas and check our tires, one looked a bit low. The sweetest lady, Dina, came to help us! She could have called over one of the mechanics, but she took the bull by the horns and filled and gauged all of my tires! Above and beyond the call of duty since she works in the convenience store of this shop! After we also grabbed some snacks and beverages for the road, we gave her a nice tip for her incredible customer service and friendly disposition! I've since made it a point to frequent this gas/service station and they never disappoint. Their attention to detail and customer satisfaction remains stellar! I have yet to be in need their mechanic services, but would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to give the a go! Fill'er up!
