The most unprofessional and irresponsible towing company I have ever dealt with. My car was towed for "no overnight parking," even though I returned at midnight and it had only been parked for about three hours. They advertise themselves as 24/7 online, but their signage outside the actual shop clearly says 9 AM to 5 PM (which you only discover if you physically go there). Why claim 24/7 service online when your building says the opposite? It's misleading, wastes people's time, and costs them money. Even the police were confused because they thought the company was open 24/7 based on what is advertised everywhere online. The situation became even worse because this company did not report my car as towed to Prince William County Police, which is a basic legal requirement. Because of their negligence, the police had to treat my vehicle as stolen. A stolen-car report had to be filed, a case opened, and an officer was sent to the tow yard at 1:30 AM. The officer found no employees on-site and could not reach anyone from the company. Both I and the police officers spent the entire night calling the two phone numbers listed--one online and one posted on the door. Not a single call was answered from 1 AM to 6 AM. Their "24/7" claim is not just false; it is irresponsible. Because they didn't report the tow until the next morning, I had absolutely no idea what had happened to my car until the officer on my case called me at 6 AM to inform me it had been towed by Manassas Towing. If my car had actually been stolen, that's an entire night of lost critical time in which law enforcement could have been searching. Their negligence could have turned a stressful situation into a much more serious one. I did not sleep all night. I spent hours calling them, speaking with police, and trying to figure out what happened. I ended up missing an entire day of work because of this completely preventable situation. When I arrived the next day to retrieve my car, their office was still empty--not a single employee in sight. After calling the number posted on their door, someone finally answered for the first time ever and said they would send an employee. Even then, I had to wait over an hour for someone to show up. The only communication possible was in basic Spanish, which I thankfully could manage. This company is negligent, unreliable, unreachable, and dishonest. They created unnecessary stres, and showed zero professionalism or responsibility. Do NOT use this business. The experience was unacceptable in every possible way. _________________________________________________ Important Notes for Anyone Dealing With This Company (Information They Should Provide but Don't): Do NOT go to their office at night. Despite advertising "24/7" service online, the sign posted at their Manassas Park office clearly states: 9 AM - 5 PM. Outside those hours, you will almost certainly NOT reach anyone. Even the police could not reach them between 1 AM and 6 AM. Even during business hours, the office may be empty. I needed my car towed to the dealership, and Manassas Towing was the only Tow business that really tried to fight for the business. They offered to beat the price of other competitors and followed up on it to make the best deal. The tow drivers were responsive and linking my car was a pretty seamless process and they sent pictures of my car after it's been set down at the dealership to confirm its location. Highly recommended!! I had a flat tire on saturday night and called some towing company and tge estimated time was 1hr it was around 9pm so after waiting for almost 2 hr they didt even bother to let me know that its busy night n cant make it but ask me to wAit until morning thats crazy. So i called manassas towing and got to talk to great guy Mr Eddie and he was ready to come help me and within an hour he was there abd help me with my situation which i really appreciate. I called them late yet they are ready to help me out thats the example of good management and great worker who are ready to do their job gracefully. They are not trust worthy. They quoted me a price (with exact addresses) of $350 and they raises it to $1,000. No explaining, no reasoning and driver simply said I was given wrong information. My boyfriend called for a tow for my truck got a guy who appeared very nice on the phone however, when he went to let my vehicle down he broke my back glass out sent me a text apologizing and said he would fix it and now is in denial. Requested a tow, my brake line broke. Pulled over in a shopping center and asked for a tow for 3.7 miles away. Left the key in the car so no rush. $225 to go three miles. If I had known that, I would have pushed the car 3 miles on my own. Several years back I had a flat tow from Williamsburg, VA to Fredericksburg, VA after a breakdown. It cost around $250. Make sure you get a price before, expensive lesson learned. I would have thought $50 at the most, but the person on the phone was nice, so I guess that is worth the extra $175. read more

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They deserve 0 stars. The owner kept giving us the run around when I wanted to pick up my car after they ILLEGALLY towed my car from my residence. The driver who towed my vehicle was nasty and rude. I had to call the police on them when they weren't trying to give my car back. They all were circling around my car looking like they were ready to strip it for parts and were pissed that I picked it up. If I every see anyone else from this company I will be calling the police asap! I am also warning everyone to steer clear of this business. They are awful! I will be reporting them to the BBB! My customer was excited that he was alert via text that Manassas towing will be there within 7 minutes. Well that 7 minutes turned into an hour. My customer was told that they will be there within 20 mins, that 20 mins turned into 2 hours. We called 571-481-1533 and it kept on ringing. 2nd attempt it went straight to voicemail. I used my personal cell phone and while I was calling, another call coming in 520-213-9031 and as I switched over, he asked if I need towing services? Well, I told him my customer has been waiting for over 2.5 hours and immediately he was very unprofessional and rude and denied that he didn't get any notification about any services. Really? so I excuse myself and asked if he know who I was referring to. NO! he answered. Long story short when we sent over a request, they have to accept and once accepted, we will have a dispatched number. Absolutely the worst place to call for a tow. I made arrangements for my car to be towed and the next day it was still sitting waiting. I missed my appointment with mechanic to get it fixed. I called and they said someone was on the way. 5 phone calls (the last 2 unanswered, guess they were tired of lying to me) and 4 hours later I called a different company who picked up my car in an hour. Worst company ever! on on Friday March 24th the driver delivered my husbands car to our new home. he got stuck in the yard so badly he was there for 5 hours. He had to call his boss to get him out. they destroyed our yard in several places, left huge wholes in the gravel drive way my new neighbors use and left under ground cable exposed!! I was told not to worry they would return sat morning by 10 to fix my yard. Naturally they never showed. We called Sunday and were told they would try to get someone out there. 5 calls later and 12 days later they are obviously just blowing us off and dont care. I would give them negative score if I could. This has been by far the worst experience I had EVER trying to get a service that I am paying for. I set an appointment with Brandon, one of their employee, at 10:30 am to meet me for a tow. That appointment was made at 8:00 am. He told me he was going to be 30 min early. So, I hurried to the place to meet him. When I was there, he texted me that there was traffic and he will be few minutes late. I understand that traffic in this area can be awful so I waited. He texted me hour later telling me that traffic is stopped on I95 north bound from Lorton. FYI, we were meeting at D.C. and their location is at Manassas which is close to I66. So I checked google map, there wasn't any traffic anywhere in the area around 11:30 Am. So, I called him and he said he was being rerouted to me via GPS. Again, I gave him benefit of the doubt that he was coming. 12:30 PM another text that he was still being stuck in traffic. I called him and I didn't hear any truck or car driving sound but hearing back ground noise of break room. Branden was still telling me that he was coming. 1:30 pm Manassas towing called me said and asked me if I was still waiting for a tow. After 3 hours of waiting and being told that this guy was stuck in traffic. I said yes and new guy told me that Brandon was not coming and he was just lying to me that he was. What was the purpose of this guy lying to me that he was coming. Does this establishment enjoy this? I told couple of my friend and family about this and they all could not understand the logic of this. If you don't want to be in this business, then get out. He was very nice and polite, but he did not have adequate tools and wedged both front doors so far off the frame that they were permanently bent. I was able to stick my hand in between the door and the frame when the door was closed! I called Manassas Towing to discuss the situation, and was told "we're not responsible for any damages to your vehicle - we do whatever it takes to get in". DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!! On June 12 th I called Manassas towing for a tow from Mike Garcia drive to Euclid ave. Even the tow truck driver mapquested it and said its about 8 miles. I requested a flat bed and they showed up in a tire lift tow truck which tend to cause damage to your car. Tow was supposed to be $80. After they found out I was from out of town and had a nice car and that I was in a bad situation as most people are when they need a tow. Well the driver decided to take advantage of me. Drivers name was Matt. DO NOT TRUST HIM! Once my car was at the destination He tried to charge me $285 but said if I pay cash it would be $180. $285 FOR A 8 MILE TOW!!!! Dont expect your car back for sometime.Their only semi competent, quick to pick up and impound your car but ohhhh when it comes to getting it back, thats another story. My car was towed Saturday night after a minor fender bender, Sunday morning I went to pick it up only to find they weren't open on Sunday. Come Monday morning around 10 I walk in pay the almost extortionate fee to have my vehicle released and retured to my house, they say they will be there in a few hours. Three hours pass nothing I call they say their busy and will be there around 4-7 so i wait seven rolls around and i call, No answer, I wait a bit call, no answer, im pissed now so I blow up their phone after 7 calls of getting hung up on the third ring or straight up ignored I'm finally connected to a reasonable person unfortunately hes just as clueless as I am says someone will call me shortly. Predictably nothing for a half half hour, I call back and am finnaly connecting to a driver and big suprise hes out trying to catch another soul in this stress trap. As things stand now its 10pm my car is not here I've wasted my day spend a ton of money and have no idea where my car is. This company clearly is about getting as many cars in their lot as possible with no focus on returning them, they take advantage of you when you when your vulnerable right after an accident or breakdown. read more
