Been going to Pat for a while now. My son loves his haircuts. I would definitely recommend if you need a tight cut.

Horrible customer service. First appointment the barber was a no show & did not come to work. Second appointment was 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Why have a scheduled time if they cannot honor it? The next appointment was 30 minutes after the scheduled time too & then the barber took a walk in. When I acquired he said they were very busy. I understand that but i had an appointment. The barber are good but the experience of not following appointments is very unprofessional. read more

Barbers are really good. Their customer service is awful. Went to get my son a haircut, put ourselves on the waiting list, got skipped twice. When I inquired I was told that there were appointments made, I asked to see the book for appointments, was denied. Basically if you're not friends with the barbers, you don't get priority. Plenty of other good barbers available in the area. Will go elsewhere. I've attached response from the business in the photos. Firstly, it's hard to read considering the grammar and word usage are awful. From what I was able to get, my response is this: If you actually look at the camera and see that I walked in and put my name on the list. I walked back in, and saw that I was next on the waiting list. When I came back in after the one barber who was taking appointments was clear, someone came in and went before me. When I first inquired about it, he stated he was the same person that was crossed off already. So the same exact person got 2 haircuts?? Sorry sir, but that's not at all true. The 2nd barber (the one allegedly taking appointments only), then took another person which did in fact put two people before me that weren't on the list. I appreciate you wanting to defend the behaviors of your employees, but trying to make a customer look foolish when they are correct is not good business. I was a walk in about 3 months ago, Kenny took me as soon as I walked in and haven't looked back. Usually I never post reviews about places especially local shops unless they are positive but this has to be the worst haircut I've ever had. I get a regular fade nothing special and a lineup on my beard. My beard is completely crooked one side was cut a lot lower than the other and then from my fade in my hair I see every single line that he used different from the actual skin fade to a one then to a two. A lot of people talk about this place that they're pretty good so I gave them a shot and absolutely failed. Update: waited a week for some sort of mention and this is all I had. I travel to the bottom of Staten Island from Sheepshead Bay Brooklyn just to see Donna. And I'm really glad that I waited until I had a day off to write this. Besides the fact that everyone loves my new hair, since getting it done last week, I have had four separate people ask me if I ever thought about cutting it. The looks on their faces when I told them I had extensions was priceless. Not one person has yet to tell me they can see where my hair ends and the extensions begin. Donna is INSANELY talented at her craft, and I've been paying her to take care of my hair for a few years. She is a serious Jack of All trades when it comes to hair. Every time I see her, I know I'm in great hands. From chopping off my hair, to shaving parts of it and giving me an undercut, to several different colors and bleach, to finally the extensions I got last week. When you're getting your hair washed, you're also getting a massage from the chair. I left the shop feeling like a million dollars. The Barbershop decor is awesome. Donna and her husband Al are an actual power couple. Dave is pretty cool too. My boyfriend and I are repeat customers, and I tell anyone who compliments my hair that Donna is a magic maker. Me and my 6 year old lil man needed cuts. Saw this place in the neighborhood and figured I would try it out. The place is real nice and the employees were as well. We both got a fade and aa trim. Price was right and I will be going back. Only issue is finding a spot in the parking lot but it's not horrible to get one. I'll be back for my next haircut....awesome barbershop!!!!!
