The delivery was very quick and very sufficient. The guys built everything for me in a good timely matter. They picked up all their trash. Everything went great. I am in love with my bedroom set. I was still in the hunt for a couch and I found one that I really liked and I sent a picture to Daniel and I asked him if they carry this one and he said they do so I ordered it. I went back inside and ordered it. My couch got delivered with in the next day. They set it up for me same experience and I got the couch that I really wanted. The pieces are staged in showroom type setting making everything eye catching, so much so I caught myself mentally doing a home makeup over in my mind. Hubs even found a framed lithograph art print of 1984 Laker Kareem Abdul Jabar by LeRoy Neiman. Then I happened upon the jewelry section. Letting out a big sigh, I luv looking at jewelry. There is also a Fine Jewelery section which you typically do not find at a busines like this. Setup like a department store... you may view the jewelry items under glass. Value? Well, the things I am typically looking for are artificial plants like a cactus for my patio or for an indoor area I am trying to refresh. They are extremely reasonable as opposed to Target or Home Goods. From reading the reviews, customers have found some nice items. Next time you are cruising through the TJ's parking lot and have some time on your hands consider a walk through this fun and interesting store. These older recliners were manual lever operation with steel and wood frames. The last La-Z-Boy recliner I bought was powered and its legrest mechanism was plastic. It only lasted 6 years. After reading reviews of La-Z-Boy and other local furniture stores service, quality, and repair issues, I was very uncertain of where to go next for a quality recliner. Well, I'm here to tell you that I found a place BETTER than La-Z-Boy ever was! The recliner and furniture selection at Hall's Furniture in Citrus Heights is amazing. Jeff and Taffy are pleasant respectful low-pressure sales people that are a delight to interact with. When they turned over the recliner to show me its quality steel and milled wood frame, rugged construction, and metal mechanisms, I was overjoyed! This recliner will last a long time. It was delivered on time by a pleasant team that are directly employed by Hall's, not subcontractors. Once set up, I found that this recliner is the most solid recliner I have ever had. The available Teflon fabric protectant was also a smart investment. The prices are also very reasonable. A better recliner in 2023 cost me less at Hall's than 2017 at La-Z-Boy. I will go back to Hall's for all my furniture in the future.

We both have nothing but good things to say about Jennifer and the Ethan Allen order / delivery support people. Jennifer is everything you want in a designer. First off, she is an excellent listener. That's so important when you are trying to get another person to understand what you like and dislike and the vision you have in your head. She's also very skilled at her craft, interior design, with a real eye for what colors, textures, and shapes go together. She's also quite skilled with interior design software and putting together computer-generated layouts of how she envisions her designs in your home. I found that to be extremely helpful. And lastly, she has a great personality, is easy to work with, has a good sense of humor, has an enormous amount of energy so she keeps your projects moving right along, and is prompt with replies to questions sent to her by email, text, or phone. My wife and I were also extremely impressed with one of Ethan Allen's "white glove" delivery teams that was comprised of Hugo and Kenneth. We've had Hugo and Kenneth make multiple deliveries to our house, sometimes with large items like rugs, headboards, oversized chairs, or end tables. Hugo and Kenneth always put booties on over their shoes before entering the house, were careful when navigating narrow hallways with large items, and were careful with our hardwood floors when putting items into place. On future orders (and with my wife as happy as she is with what she's ordered thus far from Ethan Allen I'm sure there will be more), We will be sure to ask for Hugo and Kenneth by name to be the ones to deliver the items.

They replaced the recliner with the same chair, which did the exact same thing. I have furniture that I bought at Ashley's which I've had for years, and has stood the test of time. Ashley's is a higher quality store than Ethan Allen. The structure of the chair is falling apart now. Ethan Allen is not a store that sells quality furniture, nor does it supply competent sales people. I am not one to post opinions on these sites, but think people should be aware that Ethan allen is not the store it was 20 years ago.
