She continued to help us anyway, which was polite, though we weren't really looking for additional assistance at that point. We had already found the couch we liked and are waiting to purchase until we close on our new house, so we didn't place an order that day. She was respectful of that. She also explained the protection plan for the couch. We let her know we weren't interested, and she was understanding. Later after preparing our order information for when we're ready to call in and purchase, she checked back in and provided a reference number which was helpful. The protection plan was mentioned again, which felt a little repetitive, but we declined and moved on. Overall, the experience was good. The store is clean, well laid out, and has a great selection of furniture. My only downside is that sales associates tend to stay very close and multiple people may ask if you've been helped already. I understand that's part of the business, but I personally prefer a little more space when browsing. That said, it's a nice store with quality furniture. Just be prepared for frequent check ins once you walk in.

I immediately called up RC Willeys customer service to get it fixed or replaced. The lady who I spoke to was going to just have a new one delivered to swap it them out. That was until their technician got involved. I was then told the soonest he could make it out was a week from when I called in. It was an agonizing week listening to it knocking every 1-2 hours. When their technician guys came out they easily fixed the problem and explained sometimes when the guys in the warehouse load them that their dollyies for loading them bend this metal tab pushing it into the back fan of the refrigerator. Simple as that. Here's where it went wrong, upon pushing our refrigerator back into its place the compression fitting for the water popped off the back and started spraying water all over the place. One of the guys was very considerate and tried to help as much as he could but it was the the other technician who threw his hands up saying we needed to contact a plumber and that it wasn't their fault. Wtf?! Funny how it worked fine before you moved it. Upon closer inspection I now know what they did. Rather than disconnecting the water to service the back of the fridge, they kept it hooked up and by doing so pulled the water line so tight it stripped the compression fitting. They basically turned the water off to our entire house and left us in this condition. Would I buy something from them again... hell no! Just for the unprofessionalism displayed by the technician they employ.

The delivery was very quick and very sufficient. The guys built everything for me in a good timely matter. They picked up all their trash. Everything went great. I am in love with my bedroom set. I was still in the hunt for a couch and I found one that I really liked and I sent a picture to Daniel and I asked him if they carry this one and he said they do so I ordered it. I went back inside and ordered it. My couch got delivered with in the next day. They set it up for me same experience and I got the couch that I really wanted. The styles range from mid century, cherry wood Asian themed, modern farmhouse,and contemporary. So many styles. The pieces are staged in showroom type setting making everything eye catching, so much so I caught myself mentally doing a home makeup over in my mind. Hubs even found a framed lithograph art print of 1984 Laker Kareem Abdul Jabar by LeRoy Neiman. Then I happened upon the jewelry section. Letting out a big sigh, I luv looking at jewelry. They have beautiful pieces and some high end brands such as Rolex and Piguet watches, Tiffany. There is also a Fine Jewelery section which you typically do not find at a busines like this. Setup like a department store... you may view the jewelry items under glass. Value? Well, the things I am typically looking for are artificial plants like a cactus for my patio or for an indoor area I am trying to refresh. They are extremely reasonable as opposed to Target or Home Goods. From reading the reviews, customers have found some nice items. Purchased two leather sofas less than 2 years ago (Aug 2023) from previous owner (Mike) for over…read more$4,000. They had lifetime warranty on them for certain things and the new owner (Adam) had the couches picked up because the issue was covered under it. During pick up, his movers did not handle the couch with care at all. They drug it down the metal screen door and scratched the front of my couch and they dropped my couch on the cement and drug it across it trying to pick it up again. It ripped the entire underside edge of my couch. Scratched the entire front part of them. Not once did they admit to it or anything. They tried to pretend it didn't happened until I reached out immediately with video recording of the incidents. The same day, we went by the store to check in on the repair of the couch, and the manager said that he would personally thoroughly inspect the couch for any damage that could've been done. He said the couches would be returned to the house in an hour or so. They arrived with the damage caused by his employees is still there. When I called and spoke to him, he said he did not see any damage which was a lie, and I sent the images to him again he said that he would reach out to the owner the next day and call me with an update. The next day the owner called and he said that they could paint the leather. Which to me is not a sufficient repair of $4,000 couches that were blatantly damaged by his employees. He proceeded to argue with me and said that he was doing us a favor by not charging us for the couches to be picked up and transported back-and-forth. In my opinion, I would have rather transport than myself because I know I would not have damaged my own couches like they did. He never offered any discounts, MIKE, the owner mentioned that to us, not ADAM the new owner. Also, he said "we are doing you a favor " by not charging for pick up or labor which this information was never disclosed to us at anytime until AFTER we spoke to ADAM. Adam has not been professional or customer focused. He was argumentative and lacks customer service. Just like his response to the review. The original owner, Mike called us personally because he knows us and he came out to look at the couch and did a small glue repair to it. He was friendly about it, but the current owner did little to nothing about the situation. He still has yet to reach out to us after Mike came out to take care of it. I still feel that even with the repair the couches are not in the same condition that they were prior to them being picked them up. And he did not handle it very professionally or customer based. I would not buy anything from here. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be telling my entire family who has bought from there, since the 1980s, to stop going there. Spending all that money on couches to have them damaged and not being taken care of is very concerning. He could have replace the couch with another one of equal value, given a cash value for the cost of repair to have it reupholstered, or anything but instead, he just wanted to take the cheap route and paint over damage. Instead, he wanted to try to argue with me and tell me he was doing me a favor. The only favor he did was show me his poor business and customer service which will keep me from referring or returning to this place ever. A lot of business will be lost because of this.

We both have nothing but good things to say about Jennifer and the Ethan Allen order / delivery support people. Jennifer is everything you want in a designer. First off, she is an excellent listener. That's so important when you are trying to get another person to understand what you like and dislike and the vision you have in your head. She's also very skilled at her craft, interior design, with a real eye for what colors, textures, and shapes go together. She's also quite skilled with interior design software and putting together computer-generated layouts of how she envisions her designs in your home. I found that to be extremely helpful. And lastly, she has a great personality, is easy to work with, has a good sense of humor, has an enormous amount of energy so she keeps your projects moving right along, and is prompt with replies to questions sent to her by email, text, or phone. My wife and I were also extremely impressed with one of Ethan Allen's "white glove" delivery teams that was comprised of Hugo and Kenneth. We've had Hugo and Kenneth make multiple deliveries to our house, sometimes with large items like rugs, headboards, oversized chairs, or end tables. Hugo and Kenneth always put booties on over their shoes before entering the house, were careful when navigating narrow hallways with large items, and were careful with our hardwood floors when putting items into place. On future orders (and with my wife as happy as she is with what she's ordered thus far from Ethan Allen I'm sure there will be more), We will be sure to ask for Hugo and Kenneth by name to be the ones to deliver the items.

They replaced the recliner with the same chair, which did the exact same thing. I have furniture that I bought at Ashley's which I've had for years, and has stood the test of time. Ashley's is a higher quality store than Ethan Allen. The structure of the chair is falling apart now. Ethan Allen is not a store that sells quality furniture, nor does it supply competent sales people. I am not one to post opinions on these sites, but think people should be aware that Ethan allen is not the store it was 20 years ago.
