After a few weeks, the bed started squeaking, which was very annoying at night. They came over and took a look. They immediately noticed the issue was related to the cardboard under the mattress. They replaced it with a plywood and the issue was gone. I'm still not too sure why they didn't install the bed with plywood from the beginning to save us a few squeaky night sand themselves two trips to my house to solve the issue.

just received my ordered that started months ago, as I was going through Construction. Erik H. helped me select and reserve 3 matresses that I thought needed , and actually didn't need for 6 months. He held these for me, and as delayed Construction finally finished, I needed 3 bedrooms of furniture. We purchased Sherbana bedroom sets, Bed with headboard, side table and dresser. We were looking for a bed, and he gave us the option of trying the mattress using the new technology Sleep match. It took only a few minutes, getting to know your sleep preferences and issues that hinders a good night sleep. We are so blessed and grateful when we met Erik Hendrickson, He is not only a Mattress Specialist, but a Mattress Match Maker. He introduced us the latest Technology the Mancini's Sleep Match, wherein we could decide which mattress is best for my wife and I. We laid on the bed, and we could feel the moving parts of the bed analyzing what mattress is best for both of us. Erik was so helpful to us this week! My husband and I have been waking up, complaining about 'bad backs' numerous times over the past year! I've been putting off looking for a new mattress, because it's so hard to decide. I finally called Erik and asked for help. We met two days later. He tried anything he could to get the best thing for us, and we loved it. No matter if he had to go to many places, explain pretty thoroughly, or look up many things. The delivery of our fire table was originally estimated to be 2 months out, but they arrived at our home in about 3 weeks with everything else we ordered! Delivery was smooth as well. We dropped in on a whim and were nicely greeted by Alan. We had already had a great experience buying a D Core 2 from Aaron last year in their VF location, and we shared how we had been considering a second one but weren't really sure if we wanted to pull the trigger. Alan was wonderful and shared his own experience of how he found having two different massage chairs with different capabilities to be really supportive for him. We loved his recommendation to get a complementary chair - it was perfect for our needs - and ended up putting down a deposit right away for a Panasonic! He made sure we got to actually sit and try out his recommended protocol - we got to try the new chair he recommended, and then went and sat in their model chair of the one we have. It was such an excellent combination and we feel really lucky he gave us that suggestion. We just finalized purchasing the chair yesterday with Matt at Valley Fair (who also was incredibly professional and fun to talk to), and he was able to get delivery setup for today. Talk about fast turnaround! Our white glove delivery team just set up the chair in my home and my husband and I are so pumped for it!
