I was very much in need of a new mattress! I had an old traditional mattress with the springs that had gotten so worn out a spring was starting to poke through the top. I came to this location in search of a Nectar mattress. They didn't have one but the sales woman took her time to have me try out different comfort levels to see where I'm at when I find one. Bought a mattress and base from Mattress Firm around 2/2021 and we love our mattress and adjustable base. Thru the course of our buying process we visited the two Mattress Firm locations on Dublin Blvd. but ended up purchasing from this location. Our experience was outstanding. We were in touch with two different sales reps in the two different locations. Their patience really stood out to me. My wife and I spent a lot of time trying to make a decision that wouldn't result in dissatisfaction and then return. When I say a lot of time, I mean a lot of time. We visited the two locations 3 or more times in the course of a few months before finalizing our purchase. Every time the sales reps worked with us patiently. Comment on the delivery experience...we had previously ordered a mattress from Costco that didn't work out. And, being during COVID it was nerve racking. The Costco delivery team was good and managed everything fine. But, when the mattress firm delivery company delivered our new mattess and base our experience was above and beyond. It's the little things that make a big difference sometimes. One note: we decided to buy the PureCare bedding package that the mattress firm offers. It comes with two king size pillows, sheets, and pillow cases. The material is Tencel is nice but not worth the money. In fact, we had to contact the PureCare company because the fitted sheet had holes in the seams after one or two uses. PureCare did send replacements but I feel that the cost wasn't worth the value. We've gotten really nice bedding for a fraction of the cost of PureCare. read more

They offer same day delivery. The mattress arrives sealed in plastic bag that is removed prior to entering your home AND they take away your old nasty mattress. I love that they offer this because we'd otherwise be stuck with a janky old mattress we can't sell or donate. I am also a germaphobe and deathly afraid of bedbugs so the plastic wrap is a win! One of the few stores that has the Purple Mattress on display to try out. Went there and Raj helped me try the different bed firmnesses. My back is bad and I found the Purple Mattress #3 was perfect for me as a side sleeper. Then Raj had me try the automatic bases out. Man! When he lifted my head and feet up slightly.. all my back pain went away.. I have been mulling over for days on how I will rate this store/company and I decided to go with an average between both this particular Sleep Train location and the Sleep Train company overall. But to be fair I will list both ratings: Sleep Train Dublin: 5 stars Sleep Train corporate: -1 star We came in the store and purchased one of the high end mattress to be delivered the same day. I think it took us half hour from going in and out to purchase this mattress. Delivery was scheduled for the same day and even the manager confirmed the delivery time is when we will be available. We moved our dinner reservation to make it back in time only to find out that they were in our house an hour prior to our delivery window. The manager set up another delivery for the next day. It took many many phone calls and another almost missed window for this second delivery. Mattress came and set up. I saw a small stain and didn't think much of it because I thought they must know about it since they delivered it. And I thought I was just going to cover it with a bed sheet anyway. 3 days later we realized that we needed a bigger one so we went in to the store to get a replacement. Had to wait 3 weeks for delivery because item was not in stock. No problem. We paid the difference and off we went. Mattress was unused while we were waiting for replacement. 3 weeks later the new mattress came and the delivery people refused to pick up the smaller mattress because of the stain. Customer Service said either I cleaned it up or they won't pick it up. To say I was livid was an understatement. I called the Dublin store, sent in pictures and explained. Basically they said since there was no documentation that there was a stain we had to get it cleaned up or they won't take it. Luckily we had something that would clean up THEIR stain. So we called again for a redelivery. And the new mattress came 2 days later. This time I was ready with my camera to take pictures of any stain I can see on the mattress. Sure enough there they were, some red dots and yellow stains. I made sure the delivery people saw the stains, took pictures, wrote them down in the sign off papers and send those pictures to the store again. This time I told them they better have those pictures in their system because if I have some warranty issue I better not have to go through this whole "It can't be us because you didn't say anything" excuse. Moral of the story: Store is fine. Corporate you have to be careful. When your mattress come follow these steps: 1. Look at your mattress CLOSELY. Every single stain you see even if it is small, take a picture. Don't think it's not necessary because I have gone through this mess and I wished I hadn't been as lenient. 2. Write down the stains you see on the comments section in your paperwork and sign it. 3. Send the pictures to the store manager or whomever helped you with your purchase and make sure they send it to the appropriate people. Make sure they received the pictures forwarded it to their district manager or corporate. 4. And keep your email correspondence for future reference. Doesn't matter how nice the people who are helping you are at the store, they have absolutely no power over exchanges when there are stains. Their district manager have to approve and without any proof they will totally screw you over. Good luck on your mattress hunt! read more

Rating is for the delivery part. They didn't come in the specified time. They took my headboard and foot board by mistake and I called them 20 mins after they left, Mattress Firms delivery people, or 3rd party company, kept hanging up on me and saying that I had the wrong number, yet that is the number they called me on to say they were coming. Called and called, and texted, no reply. Guess they liked my stuff so much they decided to keep it and play dumb with me. Visited Sleep Train recently and we were helped by Eduardo, he was really great to work with. He had just transferred from a different store but you wouldn't know it, this guy is a pro. He didn't come off as a pushy salesman until he noticed a hint of hesitation in our vibe, at which point he jumped in to get us to sit down and sign some agreements. Then he started pulling discounts out of thin air to get us to move forward. It wasn't too pushy... well, in my opinion it wasn't. My mom was the one buying the bed so I'm not sure how she felt about it. At the end of it all, I felt he'd worked out a great deal for my mom on a really great bed, with a good price and we hadn't spent too much time in there. Circumstances changed and she ended up not getting the bed but the experience was pleasant and I would recommend Sleep Train and Eduardo to anyone. read more

It's too bad because my first transaction here was great. Today I had the worst transaction with a company ever and will not be shopping here again. We bought a new bed frame and didn't realize we needed a box spring until it was delivered this morning. When we bought our mattress, we didn't buy a box spring as we had a bed that didn't require one. So I called today and spoke with Shenae. She said no problem, they had one in stock and could deliver it today. She said my delivery window was between 3-8 but that they couldn't give me a more definitive one, so I was basically tethered to my house all afternoon. At 8pm I was getting worried as I hadn't heard a peep from them. I called and talked to Shenae again. She found my ticket and my receipt (yes they charged me already) but she claimed that the ticket had been LOST and yup, you guessed it, no delivery tonight. So I wasted an entire afternoon and evening sitting here waiting for a delivery that never happened. We have a tiny bedroom and a big bedframe, so both my husband and I are sleeping on the sofa tonight as we don't really have another choice because it's 8pm and I can't get another boxspring anywhere right now. And for all this, they offered me nothing. And when I requested a discount for the trouble, they offered me a whopping $12. She didn't even seem apologetic about her massive screw up. So, I came in looking for a Queen sized mattress and all the shenanigans that go with it. Everyone that I talked to and had the pleasure of meeting were amazing and super friendly. I'll have to start with, after a situation happened with myself and another person that had entered the store, Jeff and Neil were the best at handling everything. They and everyone else working made me feel comfortable and in no way overbearing (which stores like these some of them can be). Usually I like to look around and see more options in the area and do the compare type situation but I didn't want to in this case. I wanted to buy from them because I think it's important to buy from people you like and connect with regardless if it's a little more expensive or not, so I stayed put. No one had that "if you're not buying I don't care about you" attitude, where it seems like you're bothering them. The sales employee that helped me mostly with the bedding was Jeff and he was AWESOME! At no point did I ever feel pushed into buying anything and he was very patient with me and my indecisiveness (and I am). If at any point he had to step away for a little bit he was always polite and apologetic. Very attentive and listened to what I wanted and needed. There were a lot of options and he did a great job in explaining everything and was very knowledgeable about all of the products we looked at. Again, I'm super big on buying from people I like, and nothing but good vibes. I felt that the store was clean and well put together. A lot of different options to choose from based on your needs. Delivery option. In my particular case I did not need my set up for another 3 weeks. No problem whats so ever. I was given options, I could pick my exact date I wanted it delivered and set up without the hassle of worrying about that. I'm a small woman with no truck and no friends with trucks moving to a second floor apartment, so this was great for me! I think I walked out purchasing 6 items in total and I can't wait until I get it on my moving day! I have nothing but great things to say about this place and the employees. read more

I bought a mattress as soon i ordered my furniture... The mattress arrived in time and everything was great and unfortuntly my furniture wa late but arrived at last.... When i put the mattress that we ordered queen size which is 60" * 80" on the queen size bed there was a bi gab about 2" from the length and 2" from the width .. After measuring the mattress and the bed we found out that the problem is THE MATRESS.... When i called them they told me its expected that the mattress is not exactly the same measurement..... Yes not exactly the same measurement but not that big difference ( please look to the pictures) everytime i get to or out of the bed i hurt my leg and the last accident my child was playing on the bed and when going down it hurt her head... I think i ordered a queen mattress which they said its 60 * 80 mattress i should get 60 * 80 not more and not less read more

On Saturday 09/27/2014, I went shopping for a new mattress set at the Dublin Sleep Train store. Immediately upon walking in I was warmly greeted by the salesman Ryan. He welcomed my boyfriend and I to the store, asked a little bit about what we were looking for, pointed us in the right direction, and then let us explore. He was attentive, but not pushy. He listened to exactly what we wanted and worked hard to show us only the mattresses we were interested in. When we finally chose a king size TempurPedic, even though the prices are set by TempurPedic, Ryan gave us deeply discounted extras such as a mattress cover, pillows, etc. We walked out of there getting exactly what we wanted and nothing we didn't. We were both pleasantly surprised how enjoyable the process was. We bought the mattress and it was delivered to our house that night. Later that night we found out that the bedroom set we purchased from a furniture store earlier in the week would not arrive for another week. When Ryan called to check on us, I told him our dilemma. Ryan graciously offered to send a free bed frame out on the Sunday delivery truck so our new mattress would not have to sit on the floor while awaiting our furniture delivery. I was shocked. Not only was he offering a free bed frame, but I didn't even have to go get it. He knows what he is talking about, goes out of his way to get you the best price, and will help with any delivery concerns. I called so many times about my order and he was patient each time. I had a problem with my delivery of an adjustable bed and he was completely apologetic, provided me with compensation for the experience I had, and made it right for me by the next day. The team that came to house the next time with my adjustable bed went above and beyond to make sure it was set up right. Sleep Train also will give you your money back or let you switch your mattress within a 100 days. They will come rotate your mattress for free too.
