I paid $41 with the tip. I wasn't told to bring the food back , just to come for a refund. My boyfriend and I frequently order take out from here (always pick up). The prices are cheap and the quantity of food you get for the price is great. We always order the sesame chicken, chicken fried rice and crab rangoons and are consistently pleased with the service and the food. The woman at the front desk is always sweet too! read more

I love coming here over many of the other Chinese restaurants in Kennesaw. Their pho is okay. Not great but definitely not bad. I LOVE their mongolian chicken and their hunan chicken (although for some reason they are one of the only places where hunan is not a combination offer for lunch or dinner). Do not get the sesame chicken. It's usually overbreaded and the sauce is just okay. I've never tried what is on the Vietnamese list but it always looks tasty. I read more

Ordered the General Tso chicken and vegetable chow mein for delivery. Order arrived on time and the food was INCREDIBLE. Each order came with a side of rice and normally I drown my fried rice with soy sauce but it wasn't necessary, it was just so good. Only thing that caught me off guard is that the chow mein comes with the super dry fried noodles on the side rather than cooked noodles fried in sauce, it was still delicious mixed with the veggies and sauce tho so I'm not mad. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. The food is consistently good. They have one of the best sizzling rice soups I've ever had. Their Mongolian beef, General Tso Chicken, and sweet and sour chicken always surpasses my families expectations. The pho was very good as well. I love this place. I used to get my Chinese from Golden Bowl t the food started going down hill. So I tried Mandarin Cafe after they stuck a menu on my door. I work a very hectic schedule and had to work a Saturday out of the blue, today Oct 19th, while at work I got a craving for Mongolian Beef! I've eaten at Chinese Restaurants all over Georgia! This establishment has got to be THE VERY WORST!!! I placed my order online, an hour went by and still had not received my order, called the restaurant twice to find out where my order was, she told me twice he was on his way! When the food finally arrived an hour and a half later, everything was COLD and the tea I had ordered was laid over on it's side and was leaking everywhere! I over looked my egg roll being cold and the tea being turned on it's side. The Mongolian Beef should be called water downed tasting onions and a few pieces of meat! I ordered take out from them tonight and it took them an hour and a forty minutes to get our food. When I called after an hour the lady said you might be last on his stops give him a little longer. Food was decently warm when it was brought to us but we never got an apology for the delay. The crab rangoons were old and no older crispy so they were terrible. The fried rice was whatever. Not great, not terrible definitely not with the wait. Will not be ordering from them again. Also the wonton soup was overly salty. read more

Whomever cooked our food was not watching other tickets, for orders, or paying more attention to a computer screen... they cooked this like they would be the ones sitting down to eat it! Not my first time to eat at this location, and it is definitely not the first time we have ordered home delivery (which by the way is faster than washing your hands and laying out the proper utensils!). Without exception, the wings tonight, were the best buffalo spiced hot wings I have ever eaten in my life :-) Who ever started the tradition of serving miniature chicken pieces just because they were to be "hot wings" definitely got it wrong. These were healthy sized, and perfect mixture of hot, flavor..... mmmm, mmmm, mmmmmm. And I get serious about my wings too!!! The rest was perfect, mongolian beef, egg drop soup. My Lady's order of house lo'mein just right, with the pink sauce she loves so much! Not duck sauce, it is some kind of sauce that is pink, they get it right, all that counts. Just go to Lucky China instead. There are tons of other BETTER Chinese restaurants in the area. Don't waste your time here. The service sucks, and I find it hard to believe they passed a health inspection without bribing them. People will tell you the food isn't that bad, but finding hair in it is something that I'm not willing to sacrifice on. read more

So, I've been ordering from this place for the past year. The food was decent. The delivery guys were quick. Until today, when the driver decided to pick peaches off of the tree in my front yard. It's one thing to ask if he could have a couple. There weren't many left on the tree, and he took everything that was worthwhile. That punk had a grocery bag full of my peaches! He walked to his car as I was screaming at him, and took off. I called the restaurant to complain, and the person who answered the phone laughed, and said "how embarrassing." After reading the reviews here I'm glad I checked them out. The place is exactly as described, very clean with a quick attentive staff. The prices were fair and they do deliver though of course they did recommend that I don't get Pho delivered because it won't be as good. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because they only had one Pho soup though you could get your choice of 5 different noodles and I'm a fan of some of the other meats/ingredients in the soup. Never use the delivery feature with this restaurant! Not only did it take me ten minutes to find him, but he was extremely rude and unprofessional. AFTER I found him and was paying for my food with was 27.38 he charged me $28. Then while he was giving me my change he screamed at me to give him a tip. THEN as I was giving him a tip he screamed at me again for not giving him the amount that he wanted saying that my tip was too small. I always hate to write something that isn't terribly positive as I am sure the folks that work in a restaurant are trying their best but.... I had the Bun Xao today and it had rancid peanuts on it... otherwise, it had a fair supply of shrimp but was mediocre in flavor. The egg roll that came with my Bun was definately Chinese vegetable... but the won ton's in my soup were homemade in a broth that was weak. The same can be said for my friend's Pho (chicken). The soup wasn't really Pho flavored but the bowl was loaded with stuff. There was a nice plate of veg accompaniments that I'd expect with Pho. I'm not certain I would go back to this place as I'm not really a fan of mediocre. i got the sesame chicken with fried rice and a cup of wonton soup at around 9pm. compared to other chinese options in kennesaw, the food didn't taste bad. i then went to bed around 11. 4am hits and i am suddenly awake, sweating, running to the bathroom to throw up violently everything i had eaten for about 15 minutes. it is now 5am as i am typing this. still feeling terrible, won't be back anytime soon. read more

We eat here or order out from here often, the food is always good. Be sure you have a menu when ordering by phone. If you look the restaurant up on line there is a site that you must order through them on, I prefer to order directly through the restaurant. The food is good. Been there many times. Several of the waiters know me and my family. Was very disappointed at their service today. I arrived at 3:27, their lunch menu ends at 3:30. Girl didn't approach me to take the order until 3:30 on the dot and I was still given the dinner menu. Asked for the lunch menu and the girl said no. Closes at 3:30. I know they are keeping up with policy and for some of you this may seem trivial but she was kind of rude, besides I arrived at the resturant before 3:30 should have been serve with the lunch menu. I've never had such a horrible experience! We ordered on-line for delivery on a Friday night. I realize that's a busy restaurant night so I knew it might take a little longer than usual. After 45 minutes I called and was told that the driver had just left and should be here in a few minutes...no apology. We live about 2 miles from the restaurant so we figured 10 minutes tops. After 20 more minutes still no delivery...called again. I was told give us a few more minutes the driver had to deliver 2 or 3 orders. Again no apology and we had been waiting over an hour. Another 20 minutes went by and I called again, the woman asked if she could call me right back she was going to call the driver. 10 minutes later, no call back no delivery. I called again, absolutely irate ready to cancel the order. The driver showed up while I was on hold so I hung up. Now on to the food that was finally delivered. Aside from being ice cold there was no rice, one of the chicken dishes didn't have any sauce. I called back yet again and informed the clueless woman (whom I had spoken to at least twice at this point) that our order was wrong and unacceptable. She had a long conversation with someone else and finally came back on the line and asked me again what was wrong with the order. I told her yet again and requested that they either deliver the food we ordered correctly and HOT or refund our money. She said the driver would be right there with the replacement items. Amazingly he managed to show up 15 minutes later. No apology from the driver or offer to comp anything from the restaurant even though I asked to speak with a manager, no manager ever came to the phone. The food itself was completely awful. Mu shoo pork with about 6 stringy tough little strips of pork in the entire order, house lo mein with almost no meat at all and horribly overcooked and mushy. Lemon chicken with no flavor even after they finally delivered the sauce. The appetizers we ordered were quite simply disgusting, even the fresh replacements were stale and gross. We will never order from here again and suggest you don't either unless you like wasting time and money. We ended up throwing all the crappy food away. WORST FOOD & SERVICE EVER!! I called to order my food at 11:30A the lady told me 45 mins to an hour. I agreed to this wait time. So, I wait. Its now 12:51 and I call again to check on the status of my order. The woman assures me that it is on its way, but is unsure if I was first or last on the drivers list. I continue to wait until 1:45PM and call back and let them know that I have YET to receive my order. They check around and find out that my ticket was NEVER SENT TO THE KITCHEN. This really disturbed because I called earlier and instead of checking, she just brushed me off. To add insult to injury, I asked since it was fault on THEM not anyone else, would I still have to pay for the meal? The lady on the phone said yes, because I work for the hotel and was already given a discount (Food without discount was $15.00, with discount was $13.00). I'm one of the managers at one of the ONLY hotels in Acworth, GA. I advised them that I will be pulling all of their menus and not refer anyone to their restaurant. The woman on the phone just acted as if this was OK. Little thing about Acworth is..ITS SMALL.!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never again, their customer service is terrible.
