Wei is my family's go to spot for take out in the Marietta area. It's easy to order delivery and the food arrives hot. Favorites include the eggplant, chow mein and lamb. Everything is seasoned well. The staff is generous with rice portions. Be careful about ordering string beans as they can arrive over steamed if getting delivery.

Came in today (Wednesday Aug 6, 2025 around 12:30pm) for lunch. Place is nicely laid out with large booths with ample room, better than most set ups. We were seated immediately though they were moderately busy. Eclectic blend of clientele which usually shows it's a popular place. Our server greeted us quickly and we ordered right away. I was with a friend and she ordered the "triple delight " which was beef, shrimp and chicken with some mixed vegetables such as broccoli and scallops, the lunch menu orders come with white rice and egg drop or hot and sour soup. Her entree had good flavor, I especially liked the shrimp and beef, the chicken was large and kind of gummy but the flavor was good. I ordered the kung pao chicken. I really liked the flavor (very spicy with lots of red hot peppers but they were big enough to pick around if you don't like too much pepper). Like I said the flavor was delicious and it was definitely kung pao, and I don't have a complaint but just a warning it's very starchy and you will walk away not being able to kiss someone for a while, the kung pao sauce is very thick and highly seasoned, but if you like kung pao you'll enjoy this. The egg drop soup and vegetable spring rolls are very good. For a lunch menu you get quite a large portion of food so you definitely won't starve, but be prepared to be ready for a nap when you get back to work. Service was fast and professional, though the server didn't speak English very well but she tried and she was very nice and polite and patient. It's a cool place to eat inside, and they also have nice tables out front in the shade. I would recommend and will probably come back.

Honestly this might be the best Chinese restaurant EVER. The service is amazing and the staff are all welcoming! I highly recommended to anyone in the Metro Atlanta area. Thanks for the memories and nourishment.

    Calamari

The cashier was really nice and the food was delicious. I got salt and spice calamari and 2 shrimp lo mein which was a total of $42. Worth the price and only took 15 minutes. Looked nice in there too.

This is hands down the best Chinese restaurant I've had in Georgia. We used to live about a 30-minute drive away and still came almost every week. The owner and servers are always super warm and friendly, and they even remember our usual order every time. Their Mao Xue Wang is the most authentic I've had in the U.S.--rich, bold, and absolutely perfect. And the portion sizes are HUGE, definitely great value for the price. The Chongqing spicy chicken, yu-xiang shredded pork, and Zhu Ta Fish (竹塔鱼) are all amazing as well. We've moved to California now, but we still miss this place so much. On this trip back to Georgia, we made a special stop just to eat here again, and everything was just as delicious as we remembered. Highly recommend!

There are dishes here that I absolutely love, the wood ear mushrooms are fabulous! The bok choy, fabulous! 2 days ago, A man from the kitchen, not our server, was wearing an open jacket delivered our fresh food to our table leaning over to the space in the back of the table his open jacket was in the food at the front of the table! The meat lamb, chicken and beef are chemically treated for texture and is off-putting. Not good. It's time we only do delivery or pick-ups.

Is there anything that is NOT spicy?

Yes, the Mongolian b.Eefin and the pepper steak and the triple delight cause I don't like snow peas

I have been DYING to find a place with soup dumplings. So excited to see it on the menu. Curious if anyone has tried and if you'd recommend the pork or chicken variation?

I had their chicken and it was amazing!!

Do entree's come with rice? Unable to determine based on the menu.

I've had their braised spicy beef noodle soup, salt and pepper tofu, mini juicy buns, and Szechuan style Wonton and they were all amazing. They also have a whole sushi and lunch section, but I haven't tried them yet. My friend got the Szechuan spicy beef and the portion size was comically large. I view that as a good thing but it also confused me because I don't see how anyone could eat even close to that much so I'm wondering if it is expected to be eaten differently than I am assuming. Not only was it a lot of food, it was also quite spicy so you'd have to be a tank to finish it. I gave this a lower score originally because of a bad health inspection, but they fixed it so I'm bringing it up to 5 stars. This is what I originally wrote: I really want to rate this place 5 stars based on my experience. Unfortunately, I must inform you that they received a 51/100 health inspection score yesterday (2/18/2026), so imma leave it at 3 for now and hopefully update once they fix that problem. It was on a routine inspection too. I've worked in a few restaurants that have had that sort of visit and we always knew long beforehand, so we'd use the few days prior to make things look perfect for the inspection, and then the kitchen would fall back to their usual lower sanitary conditions afterwards. I can't even imagine how a restaurant gets a 51 from a routine inspection. It implies that the regular conditions are bad and the management is ineffective or that the regular conditions are so awful that the preparatory cleaning wasn't enough. I think a grade of U forces them to have a follow up visit sometime soon that determines if they can even stay in business. So hopefully I get to update this quickly.

They're not just noodles, they're noodle artistry. The broth was rich, cozy, and the kind of thing that makes you pause mid-bite and go, "wait... why is this so good?" (Apparently this place is known for its fresh, handmade noodles and hearty broths, and yeah... that checks out. ) We ordered: * Sesame balls (dangerously snackable) * Chicken hand-pulled noodle soup (add the egg, trust me) * Shanghai pan-fried pork buns (crispy-bottomed little pockets of joy) * Lamb noodle soup (deep, savory, "I might become a regular" energy) Everything came out hot, fresh, and in portions that basically said, "we care about you... and your leftovers." Also, bonus points for being the kind of place where you can go full noodle goblin and nobody judges you. Final verdict: 5/5 Would absolutely return. Would absolutely bring friends.
