The lady who took my call was friendly and on her game. Order taken, no need to pay in advance, life is good. I show up at the agreed time and the girl at the counter was also friendly and attentive. I waited maybe 10 minutes for everything to be finished (it was a large order for the family). Nice family owned place. Clean. The food cane out and it was perfect! Admittedly, i couldn't wait on the shu mai. I had to sneak one on the way home. Oh wow! Are they good!! In fact, everything was absolutely delicious! The sticky rice balls in lotus leaf! Prices have increased by about $2-4 each item, which isn't too bad. Second thing we encountered was an additional charge on my friend's card. The receipt stated that it was $58. We used my friend's card for the food and had extra cash so we opted out of an on-card tip. When my friend received the charge, it was $70!!! We brought it to a staff members attention and were quickly shut down by the lady that charged us. She said that it's what banks do and that it would give us back what wasn't charged??? She said to come back next month with a bank statement to prove it was actually taken to get his refund, if needed. We sat there in awe being yelled at by the team so we kept our mouths shut and left. It was MY first time here (my friend said he and his family come often and order large amounts) and that they've never had problems. Although, he did say his family tends to pay in cash. Not sure if I'd come again because of this sticky interaction.

Cashew chicken was great tender pieces of chicken and zucchini and onions all sautéed in a delicious sauce topped with mounds of cashews. House fried rice was delicately fried with shrimp, chicken and beef and veggies complemented the main entrees well. Our service was pleasant and on top of refills and any other needs. The restaurant is a bit dated and in need of some tlc but overall clean.

The Orange Chicken was not pieces instead somehow I got a large clump of pieces stuck together. Some did not even have any sauce on them, most of the sauce was just at the bottom of the container like I was supposed to mix my own. The Shrimp Fried Rice was also not good. Instead of the rice being crispy and fried, it was soft and also just a ball of soggy rice. The House Plate was also pretty bad. Large pieces of vegetables not alot of noodles and tons of sauce at the bottom of the plate instead of everything else. Honestly I know this is hard to believe but I would have rather had Panda Express and thats saying something. Needless to say I wont be back.
