They've worked on my 2017 Ford Transit Connect, 2014 Mercedes GL63, and 2014 BMW X5. They replaced a driver-side CV axle, did oil changes, replaced brake pads and rotors, diagnosed and fixed an A/C and heater blower issue, repaired a trunk/liftgate problem, and also replaced a valve cover and gasket and battery. What stood out to me most was how knowledgeable, honest, and fair Samson and his team were throughout the process. The staff are friendly, the front desk is welcoming, and the customer service has been great. Came in and provided the paperwork and keys. They said it would take 20 minutes so I waited inside and read my book. The interior is kept very clean with plenty of seating. They responded very quickly, priced fairly, and even provided time slots they had open, so I headed to the shop that same Saturday. When I arrived, they quickly directed me to pull in to start the service. It seems like I had just sat down when they called me back out to show me the the underside of the van. They wanted to know where I'd done the prior oil changes since whoever did them had stripped the tread on the pan from tightening the bolt too tight. I could clearly see that what they were saying was true and the pan had no tread and had been leaking oil this whole time. There really would be no way to do the oil change without also changing the pan. I asked how much that replacement would cost, and told them to go ahead complete the repair along with the oil change. This is my mom's mini van that I was going to drive back down to LA, so definitely wanted to ensure I was safe. I was told it would take 2-3 hours, but was quickly out in about 1.5. They even provided a discount when I paid since the repair was unexpected and fast, which I really appreciate. They pointed out some other concerns, but did not force any repairs on me, which I am grateful for. Will definitely be coming back for any future oil changes and repairs.
