I went to Zenia after having a horrible experience at my usual salon in Round Rock. It was a last minute appointment, desparately booked the night earlier. Not ony did Zenia welcome me warmly, and patiently listen to my rambling about the cut, she validated my upset and walked me through the issues and how she was going to fix it. Her confidence made me immediately feel at ease! Zenia was honest in how much she could fix the first visit and we came up with a game plan to correct some areas over the next few visits once my hair grew out a bit more. After the first visit, I was sold. Zenia even taught me how to style my bangs at home! I received so many compliments on my haircut. I got a haircut with Zenia and I am beyond disappointed. Half of the thickness of my hair was chopped off without my consent or permission. I asked for a trim, the least amount off she could do, and she offered to texturize my ends to help with the bulkiness. I leave and half of the thickness from the middle of my hair is gone. I don't feel like I was listened to and I feel like as soon as she saw how thick my hair was she just rushed through the appointment. I have reached out in regard to a refund and was told I would have to drive 30 miles to the South location to be "evaluated" by a manager, a manager who was not present doesn't know what my hair was like going in to the appointment. I am extremely upset and disappointed and now the Spoleti team is ignoring my calls/texts. They are refusing to have a manager contact me directly. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want your hair to be chopped off and ignored afterwards. read more

She told me I could come back within 7 days and she would fix them...but I don't want someone that could do it right the first time to try again. Ally was warm and friendly, and really took time to thoroughly understand what I did and did not want for my hair. I am a new client of Kate's. I have mismanaged my hair since it has been on my head. I have sun damage, dry, had multiple people do my hair and it was a rather large mess. Kate did an impeccable job redefining my bouncing golden locks. She had to correct the sins of the past and did it with grace and poise. Her customer service is excellent. She takes the time to explain what needs to happen and why. She spent much time back at the wash bowl toning and correcting this master piece you see today. Her receptionist is kind and helpful. I love Spoleti Salon's brand-new location in Pflugerville. The interior design is so beautiful; it really makes you feel pampered. Making an appointment was easy, and I appreciated how gentle the hair washer was. I have a very sensitive scalp, but the staff here was attentive to that fact and so the hair-wash felt really good.
