Jeff, knew exactly the door we had. Then he explained in detail what we had on our hands and even threw in a referral to two locksmiths. I was listening to him, he explain the difference between the two referrals. the budget friendly referral is not budget friendly anymore, but over the phone we liked his customer service over the other. Jeff's expertise was flawless down to him running to his stockroom to provide us the parts. Since we were in a rush to get the job done & be back for a delivery. (new home owners) alert. Jeff is the "Aidan Gillen" of Hardware. But I sure caution: DO NOT use their budget friendly referral. That man doesn't have the expertise for these beautiful complex doors, we ended up replacing the mortis lock (+additional $350), then this budget guy took the wrong measurements of our equipment and shaved down the door tongue pin too far, the replacement cost us an additional $50 and change. Plus their service fee $225. Our business will be back, despite the locksmith experience. Have your own locksmith in hand, hell we found out a family friend is going to give us the family discount now. Just ask, we may even have neighbors who are experts that we can trade trades with. After about what felt like 10 mins, I went back to the front and asked an associate who was pushing a cart if they can help. He responded and said he'd be right with me. 10 mins later, still no one to help. I decided to just leave at this point because there was barely anyone at the store but they couldn't help me?? I ended up seeing the guy who was supposed to help me carry something out for another lady. I was pretty annoyed. I drove a bit further to the Lowe's in the Upland location and oh my! I tried the 0.5 gallon sprayer and home and it worked well. Going to use this tool to coat the leaves of my plants so those aphids will be gone. Overall good service. Easy and quick checkout. If you are a member your receipts are scanned in the system so you can return anytime without the physical receipt and they will give you either a credit or a refund. I do wish that this store had more items like Home Depot or Lowe's but it's good enough for me to do a quick shopping and get things done.

I needed to find bolts to replace the ones that came with an office chair that I recently…read morepurchased. The bolts that came with the chair were just too short to connect to the pre-installed nuts on the legs of the chair. I originally went to Lowe's but they did not have what I needed. The employee suggested that I check with So Cal Bolt & Supply, which was right down the street from Lowe's. I came in, showed the employee the original bolt, and described what I needed. He came back a few minutes later with exactly the bolts that I needed. There is currently a $10 minimum which is totally understandable. If you are looking for any type of screw or bolt, I would definitely recommend checking this place out. I would not hesitate to come again.

Not only did employee Marli help my wife locate one she personally took to me to my truck where I was parked in the handicap so I woukd not have to try and painfully walk to get it with my injured back. Once inside we went to the flooring department where we saw that the boxes a flooring were very heavy and we would need help. Not only did new employee Ryan in flooring help us but he offered to get the rolling cart...load the boxes...take it to the front where he was able to get Margarita who was working returns and not open at the time who voluntarily opened her register in returns so we can pay for our items and stay close to the doors where we came in at and then once completed Ryan then took the items to my truck and loaded for us....this is the best customer service I've had as someone who is handicap and was afraid to go shopping...thank you Home Depot Team...

Everything is just like any HD, sidles are wide & merchandise is arranged & well stocked. Hubby was looking for a shop chair, and of course it's only available online. DaRn it. Being walked through, step-by-step, how to create a simple cutting board was an extravagant and most excellent adventure. With all of the tools and machines present, we were able to move through the steps easily, confidently, and with encouragement from Jim! The shop, itself, has everything a woodworker would need. More than that, older members of the woodworking community often walked by and gave us tips and tricks as to how to get a better cut or do the step with more ease. A man who was a woodworker for 20 years gave me advice as o used the croll machine and it helped my movement! Love it here!! Can't wait to come back!!!
