More than five stars!…read more Succinctly, we met with three or four companies to get an estimate all of whom were pleasant but, somehow, did not seem as though they were listening to what we wanted. It was different with Ammar of Kitchen Cabinet Express, Inc. After a brief introduction and a short discussion of our intentions, he got right to the point, walking with my wife, measuring and making notes and asking questions. What resulted was a reasonable estimate for the work to be done and a plan and drawings that exactly reflected our wishes. The deadline for completion was originally set for the middle of March 2026 but was completed two weeks early. Members of Ammar's team and contractors were professional, conscientious, and hard working. They showed up on time, accomplished what was scheduled for each day. As work progressed, we desired some minor changes which Ammar and his team were very flexible and responsive in accomplishing professionally and quickly. At every point - daily work and especially at the conclusion - the site was cleaned up immaculately and all detritus was hauled away instantly. Also, a great deal of care was taken to mask, cover, and protect the house, furniture, and existing fixtures from the dust and soiling that was occasioned by the remodeling work! This review is being written a month after completion as we wanted to take our time to let the "newness" wear off and appraise the overall experience. After this time for evaluation, we find the craftsmanship flawless, the cabinets and showers and baths installed beautifully and -- overall -- the incorporation into our existing home has greatly upgraded the whole affair. All in all, the results exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend Ammar and his team and, once settled, we will be having him back to take care of additional projects we'd like to accomplish.

We spoke with other contractors, but nobody had a vision for our space like Ammar did. He suggested designs, gave different options, and answered all of our questions along the way. We ended up having Ammar and team replace our roof and floor throughout the house as well. They offer a digital rendering of your space during the design presentation which absolutely helped us visualize the remodel. They also offer financing which was fantastic! The work is all so beautiful, I can't believe it's the same house. We will absolutely be working with them again in the future to renovate our kitchen!

We could not have achieved the install with someone who did not understand the issues we were facing. Turns out that our entire floor was in a very precarious state due to being on a hill. The constant earthquake movements beneath the surface had created not only cracks across the floor but huge humps and troughs. Wayne with his years of experience could get it to finish line, he mentioned at multiple occasions this was one the most challenging project he had undertaken. Despite the challenges and extremely hot weather, he slowly but surely kept at it. He kept diligently moving from one hump to another, one at a time but never compromising the integrity of the entire project by rushing it. He had originally planned to complete the install in 3 to 4 days(650sqt). It took 7days to get to the finish line. He took his time to ensure that despite the challenges he achieved a rock solid installation from his end. His punctuality is commendable. He showed up exactly at the same time each morning with a big smile and ready to face more humps and challenges coming his way! We could not have been more happy with the results! We stopped by their showroom about three to four times to pick out the tile, countertop, cabinets, etc. and each time Tim was very accommodating and patient. He assisted but was not overbearing at all in terms of helping us choose what would look best and gave some great tips and points. Our master bathroom was more than just a facelift, we removed a closet, extended the bathroom, fixed a leak, moved some plumbing and electrical, etc. Each crew member we interacted with was extremely professional, did the work quickly and professionally, and Sam the foreman was helpful in answering all of our questions. We were referred to ROK by our contractor for kitchen and bathroom cabinets. We visited the…read moreshowroom and worked with a consultant to build a layout for both spaces. ROK then required someone from their shop come out and measure to ensure the design would fit and some changes were made. We then proceeded to place an order for the cabinets. Up to this point everything was fine. We had been given the impression that the cabinets would come as modular components that our contractor then would install. We were quite surprised then to receive unassembled cabinets in flat boxes (think ikea). This despite the website (see photo) advertising free delivery and assembly. When we asked the customer service representative Courtney she informed us assembly was not standard but that it was available for an additional fee. Additionally, when our contractor went to pick up the order it was brought out on a pallet and dropped at his truck and when he asked for loading assistance he was refused. We have been trying to reach someone at the business for the last 5 days to try and reach an accommodation . We have left messages for Courtney and Sean but they will not return our calls. Overall a bad experience and I can' even review the cabinets yet.

I really wanted to buy from their location but my contractor didn't want to pick up at Chino (too far), so i had to buy from El Monte location.
