Unlike other companies, the installation is not done by a third party, but by experienced installers who work for them. The work was done efficiently and well. Andy stated that he did not want to order more carpet so he pieced it together even though the agreement was to only have seams strategically placed in the living room and dining room. I tried numerous calls, a letter, then the Better Business Bureau to try to negotiate a resolution, but only received silence. My guess is that the company is about to close up. I strongly recommend that you use someone else. So sad since it is usually better to work with a local business, but not this one. Buyer beware!
