Lúcuma aguas frescas was made with real fruit, lots of pulp, lots of refreshing flavor. I also had the amazing strawberry cream, you can see the little strawberry seeds in it. Giant 32 oz size for $8. They offer samples to taste in the tiny cups. Intersection is very busy and a little loud since they're both major roads. There's parking spaces and they have a table with little plastic stools to sit on. Usually open Thusday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 6:30pm-11pm. So I got pictures of both, but I did not taste the beef taco. Normally the beef taco comes with cheese and lettuce on top on a hard shell. He wanted only cheese on a soft shell. The Carnitas taco comes with guacamole and pico de gallo. He only wanted meat. I'm a sucker for that little guy so I let him get his order exactly that way. I was surprised by the prices, however especially given that his Carnitas taco was just a tortilla and meat. But to be honest with you, those tacos were jampacked with meat, overflowing even. He was full with just the one Carnitas taco and save the other one for later. I really liked the crispies of the Carnitas. But I. Prefer the meat to be a little bit more flavorful/salty. Perhaps with the guacamole and pico de gallo it would have been balanced perfectly. The meat inside both tacos was cooked fresh and so hot. You could see the steam coming out of the taco. I like that too. I would definitely go back to this location to try out more of their items. We took our stuff to go so I can't comment on eating at this location. I probably wouldn't order it again. The red chili chicken tamales were delicious! The masa was soft, moist, and flavorful which complimented the chili chicken perfectly. The serving size of the chips was tiny but they were fresh and the chips were thick and crispy. The salsa paired well with the chips and tamales. The service was excellent as the employee was very friendly. He even greeted my son with a toy chicken and offered him to ring the bell on display. Back to the rant, because I had to get here so early, I expected there to be some type of breakfast -burritos, breakfast sandwiches, something! No, what we got was what you might find at a Super 8 continental breakfast. Fruit, coffee, bearclaws, Granola bars, etc. I'm hungry.
