We made a polite call to the office to let them know what had happened and were told that they were very busy and it was hectic at the office, but they would get back to me when they could. I got an email saying that they had lived up to their side of the contract, and regardless of what we had asked for, it was not represented in the contract and if we wanted the job completed it would cost more money. I paid my bill but will not use this company again. They care more about catching you up in the small print and tricking you than running a customer service driven business.

This year was a different matter. Very disappointed. And because they did not complete the gutter cleaning as scheduled, I lost a significant part of my rental lease security deposit. They arrived promptly in the morning, were extremely pleasant to deal with and had all their own equipment, so they were able to grind the stumps before they left. The crew seemed very accustomed to working with each other, so they were incredibly well coordinated and synchronized, with each person knowing exactly what to do to perform their part of the job to perfection.
