I wanted to recognize Crissy at the Glendale Galleria for consistently providing exceptional customer service. Back in January, I had an issue with items that were delayed for a month due to shipping and weren't delivered on time for my birthday trip--something that was completely outside the store's control. Even so, Crissy took ownership of helping me track everything down and worked to find a solution instead of simply saying there was nothing she could do. That level of care made a stressful situation much easier. I recently returned to the store, and once again Crissy went above and beyond while assisting with my transaction. What impressed me most was that she remembered both my name and my wife's name from months ago without my wife ever being physically present just from conversation. That kind of genuine personal connection is rare and speaks volumes about the care she puts into every customer interaction. Before meeting Crissy, I wasn't much of an Adidas shopper. Her hospitality, professionalism, and commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience have completely changed that. She has genuinely influenced me to become a more frequent customer. Having worked in retail for 17 years myself, I know firsthand how difficult it is to consistently deliver service at this level. I would love to have many "Crissys" on my own team. I placed an order for pickup said it would be ready same day. Was not ready no big deal i bought the product somewhere else instead. I tried to cancel the order it won't let me I call and chat with the AI chat bot. It says I have to wait for the order to arrive and not pick it up. They don't know when the order will arrive. How can a business just hold your money indefinitely before they can cancel and refund your order ? The order was placed with this store but the main issue is with the online customer service. Do not buy adidas shoes. Their quality is very low and they will not cover any defects under their warranty. On the shoe that I bought about 3 months ago the glow came off and they will not fix or exchange it. I have been a customer of Adidas for 20 year and I will not buy this Brand any longer. I would like to begin on emphasizing how well this store is ran. The customer service is spot on. Being that it is a retail store that I've never walked into before, Adidas was presented excellently. This was my first experience so it's very suiting that it is the first review for the store as well. Damien is a great example of how all store managers should be. There was a minor miscommunication that he handled flawlessly. I ended up purchasing at the Adidas in Santa Monica, so he communicated with the Manager there for me to be taken care of. There one in the same, but I will post a review up for that store too. Now to the shopping. Like I've said, I've never really purchased gear from here before. I have always been a Nike kind of girl. Come to find out, I love Adidas. Their prints are dope and come in various colors. I am a huge fan of black and white, so naturally the originals got me. I picked up some hidden wedge ones that are black with the three white stripe and she'll toe! They only had one in my size. Swoop! The shirts were 2 for $30, way more inexpensive than Nike and great quality too. I like that you can mix match everything. Needless to say, I will be returning to shop for more. I came to this adidas store to make a quick return of some pants I had bought. The store itself was totally fine. However, they would sometimes be sold out of things that unneeded and the restocking didn't seem to frequent. In regards to service, the guy helping us to return stuff was pretty efficient. However, he seemed like either he wasn't having a good day or something. He was slightly rude to us when we had questions about our returns. I came to make a return three days after I purchased a pair of navy blue joggers for $71 that were ripped on the seam. I work 11 hour shifts daily so I didn't have time before the three days. Upon walking in, Freddy tells me I should've come sooner. Then tells me that wouldn't have mattered because I don't have the receipt. Then I showed the receipt and he said he needs the tags to the clothes. It's very hot out and I knew he did not need the tags, having worked in retail. I'm a 2x and I had even notified him that he probably didn't have my size bc last time that was the last one. He still refused to process my refund as if I were trying to take something. So I walked back to my car and actually found the tags. Freddy wouldn't give me cash back and was extremely rude throughout the process, especially after being shown up with the tags that he claimed he needed. Walk in here last weekend looking to purchase some new walking shoes. I know adidas are super comfortable and most other retail stores don't carry the newest styles and exclusives. So I decided to walk into the official adidas store. Now. I've worked in a mall before. I still work in retail. I walked in, wasn't greeted. (walked right passed two employees just talking to each other) Went straight to the running shoe section. I must've picked up three pairs. Looked around for an associate. And no one walked up to me to see if I needed help or to offer a size. I was in the store for about 10 minutes without one associate acknowledging me. So I left. This is a really great store. I love the mix of originals and classic. I pop in from time to time to see if they have any of the new releases. Most recently, I was able to get my hands on the triple white ultra boosts. I called around and no other store had them at the time but Glendale did! So I went in and they had my size in women's and the manager (Damian) brought me out the kid's size which fit perfect and were $20 less. Great customer service all around. The only reason I'm giving for 4 stars and not 5, is because this store doesn't always get the new releases. NMD's, Yeezy's, etc. This store would kill it even more if they got that merch in. You'd think because they are in such a high traffic location they'd have every release. Especially in LA! read more

First off, as I walked in, the aesthetics of the store automatically drew me in. The clothing and shoe items always seem to be well displayed and neatly organized not only at this location, but at all the Adidas stores I go to. What made my experience here different though was the customer service. I was greeted by a couple employees offering me guidance to what I was looking for. You will get the best costumer service if you shop wearing their products. Nearly 30 minutes in the store, not a single word. No greeting no assistance offering. I was told this location specifically carried the newest merch therefore I came in to this location. So disgusted by the costumer service, that I prefer taking my business elsewhere. The customer service is terrible. Freddy doesn't explain anything but just points to things for the customer to read. Those are great communication skills huh? All I wanted to do was exchange a pair of shoes for the same exact pair that were right there on the shelf because my pair had a defect in the boost technology. Nike will just swap them out right then & there but apparently Freddy just points to a sign that he could've typed up & says the policy is updated. When his woman coworker told me something completely different which was, if customer service doesn't respond we'll swap them out. I know this review isn't specifically about a purchase or customer service, but I want to thank all the employees at the Adidas store for being prepared and so quick to react during the lockdown situation this past weekend. Everyone assumed the worst and thought it was an active shooter. The employees led all the customers in the store to the storage room in the back and had everything under control. Friends who were at the other stores in the mall during that time later told me that the employees there ran for the exits.
