My daughter took me here for my birthday breakfast and everything we tasted was delicious. I had the fruity crepes with the house strawberry sauce. I have had a lot of crepes in my many days on this rock, but those were the BEST crepes I've ever had. Ricky Bobby would have to admit he loves crepes. You have to try this place, you will thank yourself after.

So yummy! Highly recommend. The restaurant was clean. The service was fantastic. Large menu -- lots of food and drink options! The Mexican Hot Chocolate was the perfect combination and served at the perfect temperature. The quesadilla birria was so good. Can't wait to come back and try more menu items!

I got the Asadaquiles but they have lots of different kinds of Chilaquiles. It was delicious! The tortilla, eggs and Asada were perfectly cooked. The service was great, very attentive and nice! I loved the decorations and ambiance as well.

Great place for Mexican inspired brunch or lunch. I came in with five others on a Sunday morning and we were seated very quickly. We all got different meals, and all of use really liked what we got. The burrito should maybe be saved for two meals but I ate it all at once just because of how tasty it was. 100% recommend

BE CAREFUL OPENING THE FRONT DOOR!!! I swear I thought I was supersailor for a second there when I walked in. Just kidding, I'm the weakest as they come. The front door is just oddly very light so be gentle and ensure the door closes behind you! My friend and I came for an early breakfast and were pleased to see they opened at 7am. The menu took us by surprise as they had very fun options for breakfast including hashes, French toast and even crepes! But don't waste your time there, you have to order from their "eggstra special" menu, haha get it? So punny. For entrees, we ordered the Huevos rancheros and huevos encobijados. From their drink menu we ordered the Mexican cocoa chai, and their beet goodness shot. I really wanted to try their morning glory sipper but they were out of papaya! The owner even offered to wait for her daughter to bring her a papaya (OMG I love that, so sweet). We told her it was totally okay but she still ended up giving us some samples of the other sippers she made. And good thing she did because I ended up ordering the sunrise. The food came out quick and we also ate very quick because it was SO GOOD and full of sabor! Looking forward to coming back with bae so he can experience all of the deliciousness I was graced with. -Sailor out

Cochiquiles with Red salsa and 2 eggs over easy

Sol and Sabor is a gem. The food, the atmosphere, and the people made it such a great experience. I ordered the Cochiquiles, and wow -- tender slow-cooked cochinita pibil layered over crispy fried tortillas, with beans, crema, queso fresco, and a runny egg on top. The flavors came together perfectly, and every bite had that balance of richness and spice that makes you want to keep going back in. To drink, I had the Morning Glory juice (papaya, pineapple, kiwi, and ginger). It was spectacular -- refreshing, bright, and the ginger gave it just the right kick. The space is cozy and really cute inside, with warm details that make you feel at home. The staff were super friendly and helpful -- big shoutout to Noah for making the visit even better. Highly recommend stopping in here if you want amazing flavors and a welcoming vibe. I'll definitely be back.

Great food and environment! The restaurant was very busy, but the staff stayed very attentive! The Sunrise juice was fantastic as well as my Farmers Discada!

My sister who is a resident of South Jordan had this place on her list of places to try. As soon as you walk in, everyone is to welcoming and attentive. Our server was very nice and helpful, even going as far as recommending her favorite drink. The inside of the restaurant gives you a feel of being in the kitchen of your abuela as she's making her most delicious food. The food was extremely flavorful and would definitely recommend the chilaquiles if you're craving them. I will most definitely be back.

This is the second time eating at sol and savor. This restaurant has only been open a few months and is owned by a wonderful Hispanic couple that work every day along with their kids to make it work and I love supporting new businesses. Last time I got lunch, this time with my sister, we got breakfast and it was fantastic!! We got farmers hash which has potatoes, eggs, onions and peppers and was sooo flavorful!! The 2nd dish we got was berry crepes which were to die for!! Please help support this local business and enjoy the awesome flavors!!!

I ate breakfast here with my dad and he said this was a top 5 Mexican restaurant he has ever eaten at and I agreed. They were so welcoming and helpful to get us food quickly as we were in a hurry. And the chorizo here is top of the line, full of authentic flavor made fresh every day. I'll be back for more as I just moved into this area!

Yum! This little gem is tucked away in a darling strip mall. It has an older, rustic feel to the exterior, but in a way that makes great curb appeal. We enjoyed the Veggiequiles and the Garden Burrito. I was so impressed by the variety of veggies! Instead of just providing a few sparse vegetables, our dishes were packed with goodness and flavor. I particularly loved the green sauce. Even the fruit bowl was presented with elegance, with fresh, ripe fruits - not a one was overripe. Service was fast and friendly. We will definitely be back!

We've been here three times. Everything has been delicious and a little bit different than normal Mexican restaurants. Things are made fresh, so they might run out, later in the day. They have their Sunrise Sippers, but the daily aguafresca is made just for that day. The chile rellenos are made fresh. I've enjoyed the huevos divorciados, encobijados, and the chile relleno omelet. My wife has had the Birriaquiles three times in a row. The sunrise sippers are sort of fruit smoothies. The chicharones are pork belly style. They are glad to answer questions about the menu. Read the menu, before you go. If there is one item you have to have, call ahead. Fun license plate decorations from much of the Americas.

Sol and Sabor is a newly opened brunch spot serving up some of the most delicious dishes such as huevos rancheros, French toast and freshly pressed juices. I've already been here twice and loved everything I've tried do far! The restaurant has fun decor and a nice cozy feel to it. The service is great and the staff is very friendly as well. This is a family owned restaurant and is currently open for breakfast and lunch.

I was pleasantly surprised by the decor inside, they have spent a great deal for this location. I ordered chips and salsa to start. These were not complimentary but when they arrived the salsa was fresh and unique. I was glad I ordered them. My wife chose the carne asada burrito. She raved about the flavor and could only finish half. I ordered a unique taco which had an authentic name this gringo cannot remember but it was built on a house made corn tortilla about twenty inches long and ten inches wide. Steak, Mexican cream, tomatillo sauce, freshly shredded lettuce and cheese. I've never had anything like it but it is awesome. The service was quick and efficient. Very delightful people. The check had included a 15% Service Charge so I was glad to see the options on the screen to add a tip began at a level that matched up with the service charge at a reasonable level. I only had one complaint, The music was a little loud. The sound system is great and I loved the authentic music but the baseline was pumping loud enough to hurt my ears. I'd recommend adjusting the volume or the mix to make it a little more comfortable. Overall I loved this experience and will definitely want to come again. No pictures, sorry.

Smothered inside and out with their very fine green chili. The tortillas seem homemade, it was fresh and good. My wife had the carne asada burrito. I got a bite of it and the beef is delicious! Such good flavors. I also had the pinto beans and rice, both are very good. The horchata, made with almond milk, was creamy and just the right amount of cinnamon and sweet. They serve flour and corn tortilla chips with three salsas. The chips were excellent. The flour chips are deep fried, really good. The red salsa was the hottest but not bad for heat. The green was good. Now the crema sauce was my favorite, it is really excellent. Nice restaurant, comfortable chairs, nice decor that goes along with their theme. Looks like a comfortable bar. Service was friendly and accommodating. I would like to eat here again and take advantage of the FB coupon for their tacos. Highly recommended! 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. They do also have a bar area with sports games on TV if that's the vibe you're looking for. I ended up just getting a Diet Pepsi. They have fountain and it was actually a really good brew even tho it was Diet Pepsi!! For food, we split the fish tacos and ceviche Acapulco. The fish tacos were amazing. I really liked the cilantro cream from the salsa bar on top of these. I would go back for these for sure!! They use mahi mahi, and it is fried. Cooked to perfection!! We didn't like the ceviche as much. The sauce had Clamato in it, which I felt like took away from the lime flavoring. It wasn't my favorite since I do prefer a strong lime flavor and chopped tomatoes, but if you like Clamato then I could see this being good. Overall, things were great! Service was prompt. They brought refills for drinks and also chips. I think the chip refill cost $1 as shown on the menu. I would def recommend trying this place!

It was called Alberto's and it was a new type described to me as molcasalsa and it was great. It was always open and you got a ton of quite excellent food. I ate there for quite a while 3 or 4 times a week and was well familiar that if I got a combination plate, I would have some left over for the next day as I could never manage to finish one. This was due to all of the food you would get, lots of meat, lettuce, cheese, refrieds, rice, and usually at least a couple of giant grill-warmed tortillas. A competitor opened up not too far away, which was called Beto's and which was substandard in every way...but it was also cheaper and ushered out Alberto's, at least that one. I think there was maybe one downtown that still hung in there. This development saddened me considerably and I had to find a new haunt, but nothing could ever quite replace the glory of those early times. Anyway, years passed and I moved to a new area, relative to a place called Hector's, which was non-assuming (I drove past it repeatedly because I didn't remember it existed) and on the other side of one of the nastiest side street gutters around. The food was quite solid, more or less what I wanted from that kind of place, but my tastes had changed and I didn't make the plunge to risk ripping the undercarriage of my car out that often. Then Hector's went away. In its former place is now Beto's and, as before, I miss Hector's. Funny, that. As to the food, I got a carne asada plate, which I find is usually the safest bet for a new Mexi (to me) joint. The rice was quite good, the beans pretty dodgy, no tortillas were a part of this, at all, it was considerably more expensive than that former Alberto's platter I mentioned earlier, and the steak is again those really thin slabs that seem all the rage at this kind of place, rather than chopped into small pieces on a hot grill, so you can get all of that Maillard effect goodness. This downgraded experience is endemic in restaurants generally and it should be neither what we want nor tolerate. I get it, they're out in those mean streets just trying to survive, but if we want to have the nice stuff again and keep it around, conditions need to exist to allow that...which means slaying the various corporate and currently highly monopolistic dragons.
