My husband and I found a car we really liked at this dealership. A used Mercedes-Benz CLS550 they listed for $12,900. The car was stunning. Almost too stunning. We decided to purchase it and offered Ricky the full asking price. We needed extra cash to pay for taxes etc., So we asked him to hold the car and we would get the rest of the money to complete the deal the next day. We were so excited about this car that we could not sleep. We got the cash, drove to Lone Star Auto. The attitude changed. It's as if they realized the underpriced the car. Ricky said in a non-caring way, we can't sell you the car because we have no title. This is a LIE, because we spoke to other car dealerships and told them what happened. Why didn't Ricky mention that to us the day before we offered to buy the car for FULL ASKING PRICE? Typical shady car dealership. We wasted our time and emotions on them. Do not trust these people. PS. We ended up at the great dealership Car Land in Garland. We bought another Mercedes Benz full asking price. However, their customer service, honesty, and professionalism are worth a five star!

Recently, I came back looking for another Range Rover but ended up purchasing a brand-new Lexus instead. Brendt made the entire experience exceptional. He was truly 5-star from beginning to end. He even brought the Lexus to me so I could test-drive it and personally delivered it after I purchased it. That level of service, professionalism, and attention to the customer is hard to find. There was never any pressure--just great communication, genuine customer service, and an incredibly easy buying experience. Brendt went above and beyond, and it's exactly why I'll continue buying my vehicles here. While in the process I was alerted that Drive Time had blocked me from being able to use anyone else for financing a vehicle. Basically, I would only be able to use Bridgecrest to finance a vehicle. Well fortunately I received some help and also was able to bypass due to having a great credit score! Needless to say, I would never recommend dealing with Drive Time! The deception of swiping the codes clean is despicable! The worst thing is you sit there and visit with these salesmen and they lie to your face about the quality of vehicles they're selling!

If you're a young woman looking to make a decision about your next vehicle, you'll be well taken care of by Michael (Service Advisor), Sal (Sales), Hannah (Finance) and their team. I felt safe, listened to and cared for. More details: My dash lit up the morning after a long Labor Day weekend when I was trying to head to work. I had my car towed in and my service advisor Michael was quick to get me taken care of and I was offered a loaner immediately. This allowed me to return to work, which already made the experience of having to wait to hear what was going on with my car much less stressful. Michael was very patient and answered all my questions once I received the estimate and list of repairs. When I asked if I could get an appraisal done on my car before agreeing to repairs, he immediately got that taken care of for me. Sal Nanji on the sales team gave me a call and was very sincere about wanting to help me through this stressful situation and get me in a car I loved for a good price. I came into the dealership after work and Sal was incredibly patient, fun to work with, and sincere about wanting me to feel confident and happy with my buying decision. Sal advocated for me and his manager was very reasonable and patient when discussing rates. Once we reached an agreement, the CFS Manager Hannah was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and detailed in her explanations of extended warranties and additional protections for my new car. She worked with me to get where I felt happy with my coverage decisions and was a pleasure to talk to. I felt like she was looking out for my best interest and was happy to answer all of my questions. Despite it being a late night for them already, Sal helped me move my possessions from my old car into my new car. Thank you AutoNation Honda Lewisville!

Whenever I went to do my title paperwork at the DMV I was almost $1000 short and had to pay that out-of-pocket. Very shady business practices to manipulate the numbers so that they could sell me extra stuff then leave me short later. I would shop elsewhere. I have waited to give them the opportunity to fix the issue or make it right, but obviously nothing's going to be done. I agree that the taxes are my responsibility but the shady way it happened is unacceptable.

**My Experience with AutoPark Dallas in Dallas, Texas**…read more Based on my experience, I believe AutoPark Dallas engaged in deceptive and misleading sales practices. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership to be extremely careful. AutoPark Dallas makes the following statement on its website: "The team here at AutoPark Dallas is dedicated to offering a level of customer service not usually found in the automobile industry. Thanks to years of extensive car buying/selling experience, we pursue quality used and new vehicles that are hand-picked from factory sources. Our love for automobiles and dislike of 'traditional dealership tactics' is what motivates us to provide the service we do! The pride we take in continuing this service long after the vehicle has been delivered is what we strive for! Looking forward to making every effort to see that our customer is completely satisfied and a friend for life!" In my opinion, every part of that statement was proven untrue during my buying experience with Jay and AutoPark Dallas. I purchased a vehicle from AutoPark Dallas as an out-of-state customer. After the vehicle was delivered, I discovered that important safety-related equipment and other items were missing from the car. AutoPark Dallas sold me the vehicle without all of the lug studs installed on each wheel. Each wheel had only 5 of the 6 lug studs installed, and the center caps were installed and concealed the missing lug studs. The missing lug studs were the security/safety lug studs intended to help prevent theft of the wheels and tires. I found this out after one of the "B" center caps fell off the car while driving down the freeway at 75 mph on the 101. In addition, the emergency spare tire, emergency tools, car jack, the two holders for the emergency tools, and the center locking bolt used to secure the spare tire, tools, and jack were all missing from the vehicle. The manufacturer's safety instructions, owner's manuals/documents, the Bentley ashtray from the center console, the trickle charger, and the charger case were also missing. These items appear to have been present when the vehicle was listed by the previous dealership in Chicago, before AutoPark Dallas acquired it. Photos from the Chicago dealership's listing show the items in the vehicle: https://www.diamondmotorworks.com/2013-bentley-continental-gt-v8-c-3864/#details-89 It also took approximately two weeks for AutoPark Dallas to deliver the vehicle to my home. On top of that, I was ch AutoPark Dallas also failed to disclose multiple issues with the vehicle, including: - The passenger-side door window frame was bent or out of alignment. - The front grille surround was cracked in two places. - The driver's window was out of alignment and this scratched the driver-side glass through the interior tint. - The rear bumper sections were misaligned where they meet the rear wheel wells on both sides of the vehicle. The center console button used to raise and lower the rear deflector was broken and did not work. The dealership said the delay in shipping was due to not having staff to perform the promised detail of the car. The detail of the car was not performed. The car was delivered with an electronic key fob that did not work. The key fob had been disassembled then reassembled by an inexperienced technician without all of the original parts and did not function. In Texas, dealerships are generally required to disclose known defects that affect a vehicle's value or safety. Removing or failing to disclose missing safety-related equipment, emergency tools, lug studs, spare tire components, owner's manuals, or other critical parts may raise serious consumer protection concerns. Texas dealerships must comply with applicable state and federal laws when selling vehicles, including sales to out-of-state customers. These obligations may include proper disclosure of known defects, compliance with consumer protection laws, and ensuring that a vehicle is not sold in an unsafe or misleading condition. In my opinion, selling a vehicle without all required lug studs installed, while also concealing the missing studs with center caps, is extremely concerning. The same is true for selling a vehicle without the emergency spare tire, jack, tools, and other safety-related equipment, especially when those items appear to have been present before AutoPark Dallas acquired the vehicle. I believe this experience raises serious concerns under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and other consumer protection laws. Texas dealerships that violate consumer protection laws may face civil penalties, fines, or other legal consequences depending on the circumstances. In conclusion, I would not recommend AutoPark Dallas. Based on my experience, the dealership failed to disclose important issues, sold the vehicle with missing safety-related equipment, added questionable charges. PhotNo spare jack tools or wheel studs

Upon my arrival, I saw that Caleb had taken the vehicle off the lot to go to Chipotle and had just returned. Rather than having the vehicle cleaned and properly prepared for a scheduled customer, he chose to use it for a personal lunch. When I inspected the vehicle, it was absolutely filthy and had extensive paint damage, including deep scratches and heavy swirl marks. None of this damage was disclosed in the online listing, and the photos on the dealership's website did not accurately represent the vehicle's condition. Naturally, I was very disappointed. When I brought the damage to Caleb's attention, he attempted to claim that it had been disclosed on the Carfax report. That was simply not true. The damage was neither reflected in the listing photos nor disclosed in any meaningful way before my visit. I then spoke with Isaac Lopez, hoping for a more professional response. Instead, he dismissed my concerns and made an inappropriate comment, saying, "You look like you drive fast, so I don't know what the value of your trade-in is," before even looking at my vehicle. This was especially frustrating because I had already made it clear that I was not trading in my car and had secured financing through my credit union. From the lack of transparency about the vehicle's condition to the unprofessional behavior of the staff, this was one of the worst dealership experiences I've had. I would strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with Sam's Ford to be cautious. I will not be returning, and I will be sharing my experience with others. Pictures of the vehicles tire damage is posted I should have taken some of the vehicles paint but I left in frustration.
