I had a horrible experience and service with Hurst Autoplex. I brought my wife's brand new 2026 F-250 to have a lift kit installed, and it was a disaster. Her previous 2025 f250 was totaled via hail damage so we swapped the relatively new suspension and wheels & tires over to the new truck . I've bought two trucks from them before, trusted you with lift kits before. This time, I picked it up and the truck was pulling hard to the right the second I left. The manager gabe told me he confirmed it was put on the alignment machine and test driven by the tech who did the work but to come back so they could double check it, but was out to lunch when I returned so I talked to the tech that did the work directly and he actually said to me and my wife directly that he didn't do an alignment and I didn't even need an alignment--he said "on these trucks you just straighten the steering wheel along with the tires being straight". Ridiculous. Both myself, my wife and the auto plex sales rep who was standing there with us were literally speechless when he said that as that is obviously 100% incorrect. I left and took the truck with me as I clearly had zero confidence after that statement and realized the management had no issue lying about work not actually completed and took it directly to my local forddealer and had them do a full alignment, which of course was significantly out of line. The manager agreed to pay ford after being called out about lying to me and charging me anyways and then A few days later I see they didn't even bolt the steering stabilizer in--just left it hanging with neither bolt in place. I forwarded that info and pictures over to their manager and got zero response. Not only was I quoted $5,300 flat including the tow there, they overcharged me by $1800 without any heads up or explanation and lied about the work, and risked our safety. I will never recommend Hurst or Lewisville Autoplex to anyone again. They are beyond incompetent and then continue with deceptive trade practices to cover their inability to do their job correctly. read more

Kept my car for 3 weeks, called me and said "nothing is wrong with your car" an hour after I drive off their lot, my back up camera image says "unable to display image" and is a black screen. Which is the reason I took it in. While there the service manager and technician told me in so many words, that I was making the problem up... I flew to Lewisville Autoplex in 2018 to purchase a 2017 GMC Denali with the full throttle lift kit. I was really happy until my dash lights started flashing a week into owning it. I took to local dealership and they failed to install a longer ABS cord to the wheels. I drove my truck to a local four wheel drive shop to have lift system tightened up. I told the 4X4 shop that my front end bounces over bumps and I have hit my head on the roof doing so. Turns out they never completed my lift with the bump stops to avoid this. The owner of the shop I do business with actually spoke with the gentleman who installed and he had indicated that they don't always install or when they do they might install one. The owner of the shop reported them to Full Throttle which they said was against their policy on installation. This business put me and my family in serious danger. I always thought something wasn't right. I almost lost control one time from bouncing on the interstate. I paid 85K because I initially felt these were good people. SKIPPING steps as such will really put someone's life in jeopardy. My time was value and so was my safety. Unfortunately I will not recommend anyone to this facility for lifted trucks. This is for the Mitsubishi dealership. NEVER BUY A VEHICLE HERE! Horrible dealership and ZERO support from Mitsubishi. They sold me a 2019 Outlander and when it needed a headliner due to side airbag deployment, they took it in for a 7-10 day repair, and it's 3 1/2 months and they still have it hostage! I am losing thousands, having no car for months while I keep making payments and insurance. It's disassembled so I can't even drive it as-is. STILL no firm completion date. And when I asked both the dealership and Mitsubishi for SOME compensation of any kind, like a 20% discount or SOMETHING, they blew me off and said they won't reimburse me a penny, and that they really don't care about my future business or word-of-mouth advertising. Where do I begin? I traded my gtr towards an e63 they had sitting on their lot for about a year. I was promised by the salesman that the car was getting new tint all the way around. When I came to pick up the car they had added an eyebrow, which I didn't ask for. I told them to remove it, which they did. It was the evening, around 6pm and I didn't see that the back windshield, deep towards the bottom, that the tint was lifting already. Once the tint dried on the two front windows, I noticed the tint had lots of little bubbles in it. When I addressed this with them, they said that ONLY my two front windows had be done, and that I was never promised the whole car. But here is what REALLY pissed me off. They offered me to purchase an extended warranty, that's not a problem and is reasonable when you're dealing with European cars that are usually more sensor then they are car. The car is a 2015, Mercedes benz e63 S amg. The car at the time, and until June 2019 had a FULL manufactures warranty on it, as confirmed by Mercedes and that I've already used multiple times. When I picked up the car, it had water in the sill plate, which I had Mercedes warranty out for a brand new one. Not a big deal. When looking over the contractual paperwork for the warranty, it never specified a start date, I assumed (I know assumptions are terrible) that the warranty would start AFTER the manufacturers warranty expired. I was wrong. They started it the day I picked up the car, 10/16/18. A full 8 months ahead of when I would actually use it. When I called and asked and pieced it all together in April, they said that it is completely normal practice to start it right away. KEEP IN MIND, no one mentioned that the warranty was started that day, and no one mentioned that the car was still under factory warranty. When I brought this up to owners brother, he said it's my fault, I should've "checked the carfax on the website". The website had NO carfax, I checked the cars history through a third party, which doesn't show me Mercedes benz warranty duration. I asked the owner to work with me on getting me reimbursed for the 8 months of absolutely useless warranty (why would I use aftermarket and pay a deductible when I could use factory, get a loaner, and have it done for free?) the owner refused, which in turn prompted me to accuse him of having terrible/shady business practices. This dealer is so bad, so unprofessional, and so shady. My tint was never repaired, my warranty WAS refunded but with 8 months deducted, and he berated me and called me a liar. He also said that the guy who made me the promises (JD) was no longer employed at the dealer so he couldn't back my story up. These guys are scum bags, classless, and don't care about being upfront and honest. They want their lot cleared, and since that's usually massive trucks whose customer base won't care about the smaller things, they get away with it. AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS. Much better dealers in Texas that I can recommend including Texas Direct auto, and epic auto sales. read more

If you are looking at an Autoplex car, only go to this location, ONLY talk to Frank. Don't waste your time with the other locations. Just come here, walk in, and ask for Frank. He will move mountians to get you what you want. We learned our lesson the hard way. We bought a truck from the Hurst location. We dealte with Alex Peters-- PASS, do not even answer this guys call. He ended up selling us a truck in a bad deal. He had a RANDOM GIRL bring it to Lewisville with papers to sign, and no further information was disclosed. We had the truck for 4 months and put 1934 miles on during that time. When we decided it was too difficult to convice our english mastif to get in, we new we had to trade it back in. We went online and found one that wouldn't increase our payment dramatically as we knew we would take a hit on the truck we just bought from Alex at the Hurst Location. We came in and chatted with Frank. Turns out because of the mileage and the ACCIDETNT that was not disclosed in the paper work signing, the truck would have to be sold at auction. We were shocked as to why it was sold to us in the first place. Frank was amazing- he didn't try to sweep it under the rug or do the shady shit that some car salesmen would do. He went stright for the top and got the GM, David Baum involved. They both agreed it was a shady deal. The agreed to go above and beyond, to get us out of the bad deal and in to a vehical that we knew we could trust, and we would love. Rod helped us with finanacing, while we have both a credit union and a bank to cross check with a few days later Rod called us back with a rate that was better than the first one he gave us, as well as what either financial institiute would give us. Overall, it pays to know who you are going in to see and deal with. Just ask for Frank and know you are getting a legit human with a soul, not the slimy car salesman we all have grown up believing we have to deal with. Thanks again Frank!! Strange experience. Went into test drive hellcat 2016. In the market for a muscle car. Provided my docs to one sales guy and another old sales guy came over and says " you know we don't allow test drives on the hellcat because people can go out and kill themselves its such a powerful vehicle". As though it's either the first time I've driven a muscle car ( not ) or I look like a suicide case ( not either according to my dear family ) Good one people. I collected my things and hit the door with out test drive at these guys because there's plenty of dealers looking to off load a hellcat now the demons being released. He took a $1000 on my American Express card to hold an over priced car on January 13th (the car is still there by the way) on the 16th I told him that I was not interested in the car and he told me that my card would be refunded. Here it is February 7th and my card has not been refunded. When I called Clint, he did not know why and apparently never followed up on seeing that what he said was going to happen, happened. I was done wrong by these guys! I dropped my truck off to get it serviced for a weird vibration. They had it for about a week. I called to find out what was going on after not hearing from them. And they said that well they needed to send it to the ford dealership. But they would let me know in a day or two what was going on. Another week went by no phone call. I called back asked for my guy. Guess what he was no longer with the company. No one was gonna let me know or get my truck repair started. 2 weeks wasted. Talked to the manager he got it sent to the ford dealer. Said they would do a better job of communicating with me. Ford had my truck for another 2wks waiting. I called the autoplex said to see what was going on and they did not know and would call me back... Nothing. I decided to call the ford dealer and explained what was going on and they where very happy I called because they did not seem to know what to do with my truck either. After that was sorted they took great care of me got it all worked out and fixed. Told me my warranty that I bought from Lewisevile Autoplex was terrible and a waste. I had no vehicle for a month. Never got 1 phone call from Lewisville autoplex. I wish i never had purchased my last truck from them or the truck before that from them. I wished they had not sold me a warranty that was useless. I really just wish they would have called a few times. Even Ford said this is not the way that this should have went down. The owners are clearly letting this place go down hill. I live in Arizona and drove 1100 miles to purchase a beautiful 2015 Corvette. I my hurry to complete the deal and get back to AZ I didn't notice all the junk fees that were added on to the contact. Later I did notice I was overcharged for the by $125.05 on the Arizona taxes that they computed and charged me a $140.00 for that service. I sent an email to 7/03/18 Terry Gray (the salesman) and receive no answer back, I called Terry Gray on a Saturday and he said nothing could be done until Monday. So waiting until Thursday I sent the same email to David Baum Jr (the general manager) and still no answer. So I can only assume they know they cheated me and if they don't acknowledge me it will go away. If you do business with Lewisville Autoplex don't think they won't try to cheat you too. read more

Also when I bought the car they said they had to replace the screen and it will be available for pickup the next day, didn't happen. Had to wait 2 weeks to even pick up my car that I put 40,000$ down on this vehicle. Then I was promised to have the car paint corrected but when received there was micro scratches all over this vehicle like they ran it through a car wash with scratches all over the car, heavy water spots, and tree sap because from the looks of it they had it parked under a tree until sale. Not only that but I was promised to have the vehicle re-tinted, didn't happen. Showed up they only tinted the front windows that previously didn't have tint. There are bubbles in every other window and back windshield. If I could give this less then one star I would, second time bad experience. First time was on a corvette that I bought. It was coming from another store but I had signed the papers and when I went to take delivery they had sold it to someone else even after papers were signed, bank approved. They told the other people to bring it back and they did so we both got screwed. This time which is my fault for going back they sold me a 2018 I thought Audi S4. Cool car but problems from day one. A problem that I had told them about in the beginning started to become a real problem later so I took it in, they took it to the back, the service girl said it was fuel pump related so she calls Audi thinking its under manufactures warranty only to find out the car has been on the road since early 2017 so it was out. Bottom line is they did not want to fix it and even though its listed as a 2018 what I got was a year older 2018. And all I got is reasons why Audi should fix it. So i am stuck with this car that is not what I thought I bought and still needs fixing. I will never step on that lot again and I will be sure my friends do not either. Bad deal Lucille. read more

Put down $500 on a car to hold it February the 13th. I was told if I changed my mind to let them know and they would refund the money right away. Called Saturday the 16th and told them I had found a different car. I was not seeing the credit show back up in my account so I called 3 times, another person called for me twice and each time they said they either it had been done and to wait 2-3 days for it show up or they would do it that day. We've called all together 6-7 times and finally today after I called again while I was on the phone waiting there it was pending in my account. Wow, 3 weeks and 6-7 phone calls to get a credit.
