The service was really great. Super friendly staff! It is really pleasant inside. It has a bunch of really cool posters, photos, momentos. Seems really homey. Restroom is kept really clean. Included when you get food is tea and water. As well as what seems to be "trinkets" or toys. Food tasted really great. I had the basic teriyaki chicken. But their menu has at least 20-30 items. Ranging from soup to classic teriyaki to sushi. My only complaint is the portions were just a little too small. But with the recent spike in food/agricultural prices this is to be expected. We had a spicy chicken and pork teriyaki combo. They both were awesome! The chicken was nice and moist and tender. The pork was nicely cooked. Bothe were grilled to perfection and nicely spiced. The staff were great. Especially the cook. She was very friendly. She came out to our table to ask if we wanted onions. Of course. "That would be great" was our response. I was impressed by her food safety habits. She had a tightly fit hairnet, gloves and a clean apron. The atmosphere was typical teriyaki. Nothing fancy, but it was adequately clean. We didn't use the restroom, so I can't comment to that. The only thing I would say that may be negative is that it is a bit pricy. What isn't these days, but the portion was generous. I went here for dinner on 12/3/25 at 7pm and I ordered a chicken katsu meal! no salad extra rice! It was priced at 18.99 and it came out to 20.87 which you can see below I want to start out this review by saying the customer service was friendly but my meal was not as you can see below this "chicken katsu" is not fresh the meat should be pounded thin and crispy it was chewy, rubbery, and burnt I am not sure why they use chicken thighs but I will admit that it was sweet......And any chicken katsu I have ever had is not sweet with that being said I will not be returning to teryaki zone. I ordered a spicy chicken teriyaki to go on my way to work. When I went in the service was quick but the lady wasn't really friendly. She just told me my total and stared at me when she finished packing it. I had multiple pieces of hair in my food when I had opened it a few hours later for my lunch. At first, I was eating my salad and had pulled out a hair from my mouth, I had then looked through the salad and found this piece and just tossed it. I complained to my friends at work about how I was disappointed because I really like teriyaki and my meal just felt ruined. I've always had good luck with Teriyaki Zone, I wish they would cut the vegetables smaller, but the taste is good

So delicious. Their salmon is buttery soft on the inside but grilled perfectly. It comes with broccoli cabbage and a lemon wedge I can drizzle on top. And of course, a heap of white rice and side salad. The spicy chicken katsu is a hidden gem - I've never seen anything like it. It's a regular chicken katsu but they mix it with their spicy sauce in their wok. So it's got that crunch but also lightly marinated too. read more

The restaurant was empty...should have seen that as a bad sign at noon. The worker wasn't very friendly...which is ok I guess. But the food....yuck! I can't even finish it. Usually I come here for lunch. They have your typical teriyaki menu, teriyaki chicken, beef, gyoza, etc. but what I really like here is their yakisoba. You get a HUGE plate of it, enough to share with someone and still get full! Really tasty and yummy; it's my favorite. Haven't had much else from the menu because I like going here for that dish. I've been eating here again recently and it's really gotten better! The rice isn't instant now, it's steamed, and the tofu doesn't have the burnt left-over stuff I complained about before. I wanted to update this because I decided to try it a couple more times just because it's the closest teriyaki place to me and the most convenient. I'm glad I did. But they don't put vegetables in it now; wish they still did. I have to say that is is now quite yummy and I will be eating here a lot more often. The Chicken Teriyaki bowl is my favorite because of the veggies that are cooked on point every time. Crunchy broccoli and cabbage makes the dish. I eat here about 3 times a week. The spicy chicken is incredible. First time I've seen it cooked with onions. It is tied for first place with Teryaki Town II in Juanita. Spicy chicken is always the first thing I try at a new locations. It determines whether I come back. I've had some truly dreadful sp. chx. Recipes, so I consider myself somewhat of a seasoned vet on the subject. I also, usually order gyoza and/or California roll. Both are good. I've also had the yakisoba, which has a lot of vegetable variety and very little cabbage. Most places put too much cabbage in it for my preference. Prices are standard, portions are normal. The only thing I'm not fond of is the side salad that comes with some entrees. It has a honey mustard style dressing. I've never liked honey mustard style dressings. But I do like that they package it in a separate container when ordered to go. read more
