Unfortunately, about 6, maybe 7 months ago, we noticed a stain on the couch, so we called, and at the advice, we did nothing; we didn't want to make it worse. The insurance company we dealt with was the worst; we would call and send them pictures by email, but nothing. At first, Sundeen wanted to avoid getting involved, but after some conversations, they agreed to reach out and intervene with the insurance company. To shorten a very, very long lousy experience story, we ended up with no help, no cleaning, no replacement, nothing. We now have a dried-on stain, and we're looking for a new couch; not at Sundeen, we're looking elsewhere now. It would have just been cleaned out if we had just attempted to clean it when fresh. We tried to do the right thing and not touch and got burnt. Sundeen has lost a loyal customer over this; by all means, buy their furniture, but do not fall for the sales pitch on the protective coating and insurance. We were high and dry by both Sundeen and the insurance company. Bad form, Sundeen, bad form.

Also, I'm now having to patch a gauge in my hallway because of their sloppy delivery service. I'd recommend this company as I like the sectional. Get your own delivery.

We would 100% remember a detail like that. Also if you read the tags, it doesn't have big fat red letters that tell you not to remove the tags. It was scheduled for delivery Sunday and nobody showed up, yet the delivery team lied and claimed they did. It was rescheduled for Wednesday. After waiting around a second time, the crew finally arrived only to bring the completely WRONG mattress. I took TWO days off of work for these deliveries. I have been forced to sleep on my couch for weeks and desperately needed this bed. Their pathetic attempt at a resolution was to offer me a couple of free pillows as if that makes up for a missing $1,500 bed and weeks of back pain. When I called the Natick store to get this disaster resolved, Store Manager Matt completely passed the buck. He told me there was nothing he could do because it is a third party delivery service. He didn't even bother to apologize for the extreme inconvenience and massive waste of my time. Instead of fixing their mistake, his only real solution was to just push a refund on me and walk away. Mattress Firm took my money, botched two deliveries, and Matt completely washed his hands of any responsibility. If you expect a company to actually honor its delivery dates or care about customer service, avoid Matt and this location at all costs. Shambolic operation.
