He told me it would cost $125 for diagnosis and the labor to fix my dishwasher. He came and crawled on the floor next to my dishwasher seemed to be working hard and he did not open any parts of my dishwasher but only took the bottom piece for blocking dust then put it back. Then he told us he 1000% sure it was a broken control panel. We have to order a new control panel through him for $900. We thought that was too expensive, we can use this money to buy a new dishwasher or we can find the control panel by ourselves online. We told him we can find a cheaper one, then he acted very unhappy. He insisted us to buy the part through him and pay him $125. But he didn't fix the dishwasher. I said I would pay you in full when the part arrived, because I wanted to make sure he came back when the part arrived to install it. He promised he would come. Then we paid him the $125 finally. Unfortunately, when the part arrived, I called him many times, but he always made excuses. "I am too busy" "I am on vacation" " I am still on vacation " but he never came back to install the part. I hired him since he claimed to be an appliance technician to fix my dishwasher, but it turned out to be a complete scam. He pretended to check the dishwasher but in retrospect he did nothing. If you don't buy the expensive parts through him, he just takes the money and is gone and never comes back. It's clear now that this person was not a qualified technician and had no intention of providing real service--just out to take advantage of people. I'm sharing this as a warning to others: always verify credentials and reviews before hiring anyone. I learned the hard way. Stay far away from this kind of dishonest and unprofessional behavior.

Eli, the owner, came to fix my washing machine. The price was $175 up front. He spent about ten minutes identifying the problem. He told me to order a specific part that he did not carry. When I finally got the right part, Eli will not come fix my machine. He wants to charge me another $175!!!! So, $350 to fix an old washing machine and $37 for the part. The way I see it, Eli stole $175 from me and refuses to fix the machine. From the YouTube videos, it seems quite easy with the right knowledge and tools. So here I am, trying to find the right video and right tools to fix it myself when I already paid this company $175 to fix it for me. Eli is an absolute con artist hack. I own several properties and have dealt with all types of tradesmen. This is by far, the worst experience, with any company, I have ever had. Also, I have never written a bad review in my life. I purchased a home in Marlborough CT that had its original well from 1972. It was 140 ft deep and…read moreduring my home inspection upon purchased of the home, the well was said to barely perform at standard requirement but passed. The very first day we moved in, we ran out of water. This "running out of water" cycle continued daily for years. We were apprehensive about having guests because if we flushed the toilets or took showers or ran the dishwasher the house was out of water for 3-4 hours. I had enough and decided to get a new well. Call Dalmik directly if you want a new well or have questions. Do NOT and I repeat DO NOT go through Banner Water. Banner wanted to charge me $15K-$20K to put the well in and they weren't even doing the well drilling and that price didn't even include excavating the line from the well to the house. They were up charging like 80% cost. I still cannot believe this practice is even legal. Luckily I called Dalmik directly. They came to my house within 1 day. Drilled my well. I must admit I am a lucky one because the new well is like 18 gallons a minute. It produces enough water to irrigate a golf course for eternity. They were honest. Provided great service. They were fair. Most importantly they did the job RIGHT the first time!
