He personally picked me up and dropped me off, and while my car is being repaired, he even offered me a loaner vehicle free of charge. That level of customer service is almost unheard of these days. What impressed me most wasn't the convenience--it was his honesty and integrity. I originally came in thinking I needed one repair based on what the Ford dealership had told me after a recent inspection. Instead of simply doing what I asked for, Eli performed a thorough inspection and found a much more serious safety issue that needed immediate attention.
