We had someone suggest Manny's Deli to us in the past so decided to try it out. The woman taking our order at the counter (I believe was an owner), had no personality. She was unfriendly and down right rude. We placed our order and had several people get their food before us that ordered after us. Meanwhile sitting and waiting I saw a cockroach race across the wall and up toward the ceiling. I then asked the lady at the counter when our food would be out; we were taking our guests to the airport so we're on a timeline, and after waiting for 20 minutes I was getting annoyed and disgusted. Once she brought our food out, we had to eat fast. While we were eating, another cockroach came and went the same route. It was nauseating to me so the sandwich wasn't tasting very good, and the service was just not worth going back for. read more

First off, I'm glad I headed the warning of other reviewers and did not go during peak times. There have been only 2 people working, which means it's gonna probably be good and it's a local family owned business which I like to patronize. Sandwiches are worthy, starting with fresh bread. This is really a Sub Shop-not a Deli. However, the Subs are good, have plenty of meat, and are reasonably priced. I ordered the 8" Godfather sub with potato salad. It was very good and more than enough for one person. The potato salad was a little strange, in that it had the consistency of mashed potatoes, but it was tasty. Delicious sub with very generous portions of Boars Head meat. The Godfather is my favorite so far. A 12 inch makes two meals easily and I have a healthy appetite. I don't think I could make a sub with this amount of quality meat at home any cheaper. As others have said, the potato salad is different with a mashed consistency but I liked it. We haven't had Mannys in many years we decided to order today in the top of their menu. It says a chicken and cheese sub, which is a hot sub similar to a chicken Philly. We ordered it with no mushrooms then when my husband got home to his surprise opened up the box. It was processed cold chicken in very thick chunks, mayonnaise lettuce, and tomato, I know I did not order it that way because my husband does not eat lettuce and tomato and when I called to ask about the mistake, the owner screamed and yelled at me and proceeded to tell me that they didn't have a chicken and cheese sub which is a complete lie. The bread on both of our subs was very hard and dry and the potato salad and macaroni salad was absolutely awful. Very rude people. We will not be back. Even when I called to place the order online, she was so boisterous. She probably couldn't even hear me. She kept on interrupting, typical Italian Northerner and we are from the north, but we don't treat people that way if you want to get with the times, get a Website an online ordering so you don't have to talk to people . .
