While he was here an asked him to service a plum tree that had a dead limb and fungus. He did it for $75. I don't think you would be disappointed with the service and the value that Manny provides. I contacted Manny's because I had a dead tree the HOA wanted handled and a sprinkler head that was doing it's best Bellagio Fountain impersonation. Most of my communication was done via text and it was pretty good. Manny did a inspection of everything I was asking on a Monday, gave a fair quote and then his crew came and knocked it all out in a day and a half. My irrigation is all working well and the new tree is taking root nicely. Everything was cleaned up after to look very nice and all hedges and bushes were trimmed. I didn't get the discount from the ad I found him from but otherwise I was happy with the service and will call them again for quarterly maintenance as that's all my desert landscape needs. read more

had Manny and his team replace my grass with rock around my pool in April. After about a week weeds were growing everywhere (See picture) come to find out he did not even put any weed block fabric down. He also did not finish putting rocks in certain area. I reached out to Manny and he assured me he would be back the next week to fix the problem. After a week, no Manny. Then he said he would be there at the end of the Month.... no Manny. He had an excuse for every month May- Machine broke June - Truck broke July - Trailer Broke Aug - Truck Tire issues I text Manny again Mid Aug that I needed this work done before a birthday party Sept 1st. I even offered to come get the rock from him myself. Manny told "No, not to worry I promise to have all the work done by Sept 1st." Now its Sept 9th and yep, NO MANNY. I have called and sent him multiple text.....sad part is I know he received the text because it shows "Read" I had to pay another company to finish the work Manny promised for 4 months would be done. We have struggled with this service 3 different times. They did the work BUT it was very hard getting them to show up when they said they would. The last time we needed some work done sure enough....NO CALL NO SHOW!!! I feel if I respect this crew by being home when I should and pay for their services as agreed...Then the LEAST they could do is return the respect AND SHOW UP!!! Everyone has a cell phone and it only takes a minute to call. I had Manny out to put in some irrigation lines inside my atrium. He showed up on time and completed the installation very quickly. I asked him about removing some large stones the previous tenant had put down and he gave me a very good price to remove the stones along with the concrete and slate entryway (I wasn't going to do it at that time due to other improvements I had to do) I agreed and once I got HOA approval he started immediately. I now have beautiful pavers and small rocks in my entry courtyard for considerably less than other estimates. I will be having him back in the future to run irrigation to the courtyard. read more

Totally unreliable. I called mid-June to get an estimate for trimming 3 Mexican fan palms. Manny said he was busy and he couldn't do it for 2 weeks. I agreed. After 2 1/2 weeks, I texted him to see if he could do it. He said July 5, 12-2 p.m. At 12:12 on that day, he texted to say that 2 guys called in (apparently, they didn't call in until noon, so I couldn't be notified until I was already home waiting!) and he'd be here July 7 at 7 a.m. I foolishly agreed. Then he texted me at 6:23 a.m. on July 7 to say he couldn't do it till the next day or, possibly, later on the 7th. I asked him how many times he was going to ask me to wait at home for him and why MY job was always the one to get cancelled. Without even a hint of an apology, he suggested I could get someone else. read more

Like many of the other negative reviews (including the "Non-Recommended), I would give him 0 stars if I could due to his unprofessionalism. I called this company to get a competitive quote for weekly lawn maintenance. Manny was a no call no show until I reached out to him. Since the quote turned out to be cheap, I tried to have him also replace the lighting in my yard. Again he was a no call no show twice more, and when I reached out to him he had the worst attitude I'd run across! Whenever I would try to speak about what happened he'd interrupt with "Ok ok ok" like a frustrated teenager. I wouldn't hire them to change a lightbulb now. read more

If I could give him ZERO STARS...I would. When I set up an appointment, I was told that Manny would be here at 9 am. After an hour, I called, only to find his answering machine mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message. I sent a request for an update both by email AND text, for a reply no later than 11 am. No answer. It wasn't until later (12:30 pm!) that he sent me a text to say, "I'm so sorry one of truck broke down today". My response: "Apparently, your phone was also broken? You. Are. Fired." and he said, in return, "U never hired me lol." I don't consider this to be an "LOL" moment. It says it all to me when a man doesn't care enough about new business to call or send a message when delays occur. I could have lived with a call explaining the problem, however; it was clear he didn't give a d*mn about his customers. He's unreliable and I won't give my money to someone that inconsiderate. Professional website, responded to initial inquiry quickly and came out and provided spring yard clean up as scheduled. Unfortunately, that's where the good review ends. We agreed to the initial clean out for a large sum of money with bi-weekly maintenance thereafter. 2 1/2 weeks later when he didn't show up for the first regular service, I reached out to him. He ignored my texts (his main communication tool). He only responded when I requested half of the initial fee back because I now have to pay another company to come and do another "spring clean up". Ultimately I paid for the initial service with the agreement of the regular ongoing maintenance. He took my money and has not been back since. Now I am in search of a new company where I am sure I will have to pay an initial service fee again.so disappointed. read more

Manny did a job for us back in sept 2019 had no problem about the job, it was after the job was complete. he had a verbal agreement with him to come back in dec to check on the plants, change the water time, and clean-up ( low maintenance) In that month of dec. my wife call two-three times with no response from him. Since then, two of our plants died, and we tried to contact him last month(may), about to come out to do some clean-up, again no response from him. So I file a complaint with the contractors board and this is what they told me; he is not license to do run irrigation lines to each plant(ran lines to10,7 plants 3 futures)he can only repair the lines and heads. The number on his business card License number #103254 is invalid.So his card reads license,bonded, insured I do not believe him. He did do a good job on what he did, my compliant is that he did not follow-thru on the verbal agreement to come back in dec. All he had to do was to call us and tell us no.
