Took my car for oil change.. few days later my car is SMOKING due to they put the wrong size filter.. had to have my car towed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE.. they do not know what they were doing.. They didnt check anything when they did the oil change.. - wrong size filter - overfill oil - did not check any of the following: - brake fluid - power streering fluid - transmission fluid They used to be reliable.. I took my car for oil change there in the past, not sure it is a new owner now or just a new employee. But it is very bad bad experience.. Update: Spoke with Joe, the manager, really nice. Got refunded. And he assures me next time I do oil change it won't happen again.. hope the employees get better training... Thanks Joe for great customer service.. read more

I came in for a smog on my 06 Denali...they had a coupon offering a discount for services provided. Upon inspection the tech tells me that a fuse is blown and that it will cost me $20 to change out the fuse...funny thing is all the fuses were checked and in perfect condition prior to bringing it in....I use that accessories plug every day and it worked fine until he stuck his hand in my vehicle. Discount was worthless and so was the integrity of the tech.. Sounds fishy to me..... read more
