    BEST DONUTS EVER!!!!

Amazing service!! And delicious Donuts !! Fist time here and it was more then I expected

Great stop off 290 for tacos and coffee open at 5am! The parking lot is pretty private and in front of the hospital so lots of space. It's great place to come get breakfast if u have fam or gfs in town. It runs about $5 for two items plus tip so a great deal. I have seen people order donuts, tacos, muffins, kola he's, au clares, coffee, orange juice, and they have an entire fridge of cold drinks as well. They're also just so nice all the time

One kolache, one soft taco, one apple fritter, and a croissant, sausage and cheese. It's breakfast time!

Craving sustenance and had to try out Super Donuts this morning since it came into my social media feed. Friendly, neighborly donut shop off of 290 in Shadow Glen housing area. Wife asked me to get up early and fetch her some breakfast burritos. Only to find they call them breakfast tacos. No matter. Enjoyed browsing their displays that are separated into sweet and savory booths. I couldn't make up my mind what to get, so of course I had to buy a few to get an overall sense of the flavors. I ordered a sausage kolache, a sausage croissant, 1 sausage egg and cheese breakfast taco and an apple fritter. I strongly suggest when ordering the breakfast tacos that two or more should fill your appetite. They are smaller than anticipated. But all were very good and flavorful suggestions this morning. I could have gone overboard and purchased more.

This donut shop is located inside a strip center on the north side of 290 where you'll find plenty of parking. Once inside, you'll notice three tables that you can dine at as you are greeted by large glass display cases full of pastry goodies. I got here at almost 11 AM on a weekday and there were still plenty of donuts and lots of kolache's left. I decided to skip the smaller breakfast tacos and go with one of their large croissant, ham, and cheese sandwiches, which was quite filling. Their donuts are good, but not as good as their baked goods which really stand out. If you're an early riser and leaving the ShadowGlen subdivision in the early morning hours, you'll find this place is open at 5 AM. They do offer coffee for the morning commuter. When you pay with your credit card, you'll be pleased to know this is one of the few businesses where you are not greeted with a tip screen, although there is a tip jar. The only thing that's missing is a drive up window.

Not sure how I missed the fact that this place opened so close to the house, but very pleased that it did. Freshness is first with this joint. Everything looks great. Service is spot on. The croissant style kolaches were DeLish!!..Being as early as it was, photos were a bit absent, but the wife had an apple fritter, krispy out side and soft inside, and just the right about of glaze. Did I mention the Croissant Kolaches?...Had the sausage and cheddar and a chocolate cake cake doughnut with nuts. They have a lot to offer for your breakfast needs..Yes We will be back.

Sausage and cheese kolaches were delicious and fresh. We also tried a couple with jalapeños which had a little kick and were also delicious. Great price as well. I would definitely come back!

Love the kolaches & breakfast croissants. My toddler likes their glazed & sprinkles donut.

All these years I've been coming here enjoying all these kolaches, donut holes, and donuts and I…read morejust realized I had not written a review. The audacity Story time, Today I went to the original Round Rock location, downtown Round Rock, to buy my son's birthday donuts, It's tradition. Every year on his birthday he gets a dozen half glazed and half chocolate frosted donuts. Then I get a kolache and a dozen donut holes for myself. Well when I pulled up today the line was wrapped around all the way to Mays street. So I just followed the line of cars and got in line. You'd think that a line that long would take a long time but.... Round Rock donuts has this process down to a T. It took less than 10 minutes to get through that line and get my order. And those donuts came out hot and fresh. So did my kolache. Anywho, Don't let the lines scare you away, Just jump in and know they're going to move quickly. Also, If you're planning an office event or any type of event and you want donuts and coffee or kolaches donuts and coffee, Round Rock donuts offers a great menu for large orders and also they have a cake menu for custom cake orders. If you don't want to stay in line in your car you can also park wherever you can find a spot and go to the walk-up ordering window, It's shaded and there's plenty of space to hang out while your order is being made and brought out to you. All this to say, It's a Round Rock Donut, Happy Birthday to my Son!

For years, I'd heard so much good about them; it was about time to sample their goods. Since it was a weekday and a bit later in the morning hours, the line wasn't too bad. Watching the vehicles flying through the drive-thru, I could see that these folks have it down to a science. Order after order is being handed to their customers with military precision. We got a cinnamon roll and a fritter for the road, plus 6 donuts to take back home with us. The fritter was OK, I've had better. My wife's cinnamon roll was too huge to manage. It was definitely Texas-sized. The six donuts we took home were two blueberry cake donuts, two regular raised donuts, and two filled. The filled donuts were our favorites, along with the cake and the traditional raised. We can now say we've been to the legendary Round Rock Donuts.

Love that they're set up in a retro airstream -- such a fun vibe. Donuts are made fresh and topped to order, and it is 100% worth the wait. They've got large and mini sizes, so we went with a few different minis so we could try multiple flavors without overdoing it (or maybe we still overdid it, no regrets ). The menu has something for everyone, even more "basic" options for those who don't want all the toppings -- which honestly feels a little sacrilegious here haha. They also have great coffee, plenty of seating, and shaded tables so you can dig in right away and actually enjoy the moment. I honestly cannot pick a favorite menu item because I loved them all!! Already counting down until I'm back in Austin so I can return.

There wasn't a line (it was a pretty hot day) so we managed to order quickly. We opted to split the Black Betty. It was huge!! I loved the blackberry sauce and fruit mixed in with the cream and sugar. This is one big dessert so I'm glad we shared it - honestly would be worth splitting a whole one amongst a few people unless you have a big sweet tooth! The staff were really quick with the order. There's ample seating by the truck which is probably nice for part of the year, but we were suffering on a hot summer day. I would highly recommend this spot - but keep in mind the weather as it's all outdoor and outdoor seating only.
