The property was left in a very unsatisfactory condition. It was not only highly dirty with trash left scattered throughout but also infested with fleas and other bugs, necessitating immediate fumigation. Additionally, there were numerous old broken belongings and furniture left behind, which required us to spend further time, money and effort to have the house thoroughly cleaned. This experience was quite overwhelming and stressful for us, given the extra work and resources we had to put in just to make the house bearable to stand in. We had expected a smoother, quicker transition and a cleaner environment upon receiving the keys from Ms.Bautista. Ms. Bautista had double the responsibility since she represented both parties, to make sure it was a smooth transition. Sarah Bautista from Palisade Realty has yet to help with any of our concerns. After that, I went to another broker and got pre-approved almost immediately. I qualified for the home without any problems. All I can say is that they were not very professional. In my opinion, Simon seemed focused only on money. I felt that he was trying to earn commissions from both sides. When I decided not to use his broker, my offer was not accepted, and I was told that another offer had been accepted instead. That was my experience, and it left me feeling that my interests were not the priority.
