They Showed up, started and finished within 3 hrs. but left quite a bit to be completed that took them about 30 extra min. as per scrutiny (missed areas) to complete, within the 2 or 3rd hand washing at home it felt like there was no more wax or ceramic protection on the paint so dirt and smugdes just sticks to the treated finish, I ask for some warranty work and said no Warranty on materials or other. I was looking for mobile auto detailing for 2 of my cars, so I came to Yelp. I found Spotless, along with another 3 companies that looked promising. I emailed all of the companies 2 days ago, and the results are : Company 1. No reply so far Company 2. No reply so far Company 3. Replied with a huge long list of terms and conditions, and explanations about how they wanted a deposit for the appointment, and its wasn't refundable, etc Company 4. Emailed me back within 3 hours and proposed 2 appt times this week. They came this morning and did a great job, so they will get repeat business from me for sure, plus my recommendation to my car buddies, of which there are several. Company 1 & 2....... why oh why do people put "Contact us" forms on their website, then not monitor them for activity ?? You can probably guess that Spotless was Company 4. Amancio and his helper were 10 minutes early (great), courteous and they listened to what I actually wanted doing. I have dealt with some auto detailers in the past that offer several different "packages" and you had to choose a package. I don't want everything doing..... I have a very specific set of things I want a professional to do, and the rest I do myself, mainly out of enjoyment. I got scratches removed from one car, and the leather seats conditioned. On the second car I got watermarks removed and that was it. Thats exactly what I needed, and thats exactly what they did for me. The pricing was within the estimate range Amancio gave me and they buffed, clayed and waxed for 3 hours until both the cars were perfect. These guys are awesome! They gave me an excellent quote, and set up a time that was convenient for me. The owner and his partner came to my apartment with everything they needed to do the job. I gave them my keys and told them I wanted a full interior/exterior detail. Just 2 hours later and they called me to let me know that the job was done- that was fast! I thoroughly looked over the job they did and I was extremely impressed. My 09 scion tc looked better than when i bought it, minus the door dings and scratches that even the best detail job can't hide. The interior was gorgeous! And they even pressure washed my engine, which I wasn't expecting because everyone else who quoted me said it would cost extra. I contacted the company this morning and got an appointment for the next day right away. He quoted $225.00 for a complete detail. I was surprise by the LOW price. Normally, I pay $500-$600 to have my car detailed. I have a 2001 BMW 750iL. I have to wait and see if the job is done to my satisfaction. However, the initial contact was a good and pleasant experience. It was raining last night and when I came out to look at my car, the water beaded beautifully which indicated that after about a week, the car still looked great. It was thanks to the great detail work done by Spotless. Spotless did a good job getting my car nice. The actually bill was $195.00 and I gave the people $240.00. I know, it's a lot of tip, but when you had the guys take car of your $90K car nicely, a few dollars extra was worth it. In a few week, I will have them detail my wife's BMW. read more

Great service and on time. Best part is that they come over to where you are and detail your car for you. The only reason why I gave them a 4 star out of 5 is because when I looked at the leather seats inside it just seemed like they were wiped clean and didn't look shiny at all after they claimed to have conditioned them and treated them with leather cleaning products. The seats kinda looked dry. They did a complimentary under the hood cleaning for me as a thank you note for being a new customer. These guys made my 20 year old VW Eurovan look like an 8 year old VW Eurovan!! Much better result than I anticipated. The vehicle has been sitting out in the elements since I purchased it quite a few years ago, and the fiberglass pop-top was covered with algae - or something similar. The body is in fairly good shape, but the paint job was oxidized and dull. Amancio and his son arrived just as scheduled and worked about three hours. An outstanding job - and a challenge. Even the top is smooth, if not shiny - as the gelcoat has pretty much worn through. Also gave us some suggestions for further work that they could do and some hints for us to follow for some additional touch-up. We'll probably have them detail my wife's 2005 Camry before Winter sets in this year. I highly recommend Spotless and will use them again. read more

My truck was as bad as it gets. I am a horse trainer who recently moved from an area with horrible weather. The interior of my truck had seen mud, snow, horse manure, dusty tack, wet dogs, coffee spills, and much, much more. Called the night before an left a message. The next day Amancio called me left a message and was available by 12:30 the same day. I had a sick dog that I just picked up from the veterinarian office. He was very nervous and had "poop" several times and smashed the fecal material into the cloth seats.
