I remember buying an HFC Darkhawk GBB pistol back when Army Navy had airsoft guns. I used that airsoft gun, like played every weekend and just ran it hard. I wore the slide out and casually told Dan about it, to which he said, "I can try to polish the slide burrs out and fix it." The Darkhawk worked for a good while longer, and he didn't charge much. Dan and Marcy were always a joy to talk to, they were funny and always kept it real. The selection of gear was awesome, you could find WWII to modern era stuff. I bought many nifty army surplus stuffs like a leather flap 1911 holster, Bianchi M12 flap holster, American Optic aviator sunglasses and lots of paracord in various colors. Dan helped inspire me to join the military since he is a USAF veteran. I got to experience many adventures (good, bad and indifferent) because of this, and it was worth it all. I came by the store today after work and noticed it was closed, I'll miss it lots. But I'll always remember all the great discussions and nifty gear I got here!

If you are interested in buying a pair of tall boots, I highly recommend Dressage Extensions. The…read morerepresentative I worked with was very knowledgeable and engaged. I had trouble finding a pair of tall boots in men's sizes online and so, on the recommendation of my trainer, I contacted Dressage Extensions about custom boots from Petrie. Gillian Sieker with the Retail Team assisted me through the process of taking the leg and foot measurements and selecting the materials. I liked Petrie's Sportive model since it zips from the back and Gillian endorsed that preference. She recommended that I go to the nearest Dover Saddlery shop for extra measurements which I did. After Gillian received the measurements she offered extremely valuable input on tweaking the measurements to ensure that the fit of the boots was right. Gillian sharing her personal experience in selecting and breaking in a pair of tall boots was reassuring. As the photo shows, I bought a great looking pair of boots. Gillian really made the buying process an informed one and easy. Thank you to the Retail Team at Dressage Extensions!

Saddles, bridles, boots galore, coats, apparel... you name it. It was amazing to go here. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. Horse people can be the biggest snobs (love 'em to death and I'm one of them but it's true) and dressage has that reputation. But the staff here was so accommodating, showed me a variety of items and price points, and made sure I knew what prices the items I was looking at were (when the didn't have price tags) without making it seem like I couldn't afford that, which is not the easiest of feats. Deb was the lady who helped me and she spent tons of time with me on boots, whips, and more. Will absolutely go there again.

Later I picked up Glock's OEM 15-round steel magazines, not realizing the steel magazine release doesn't play well with them. One of the OEM magazines got completely stuck in the mag well. I tried everything I could think of and still couldn't get it out. I contacted several local gunsmiths, but none could take care of it in a reasonable timeframe or seemed confident they could free the magazine without damaging the gun. An employee at a gun store I frequent recommended Greta's. I had never even heard of the place before. I called, and Dave told me to come in and they would take care of me. When I arrived I found a great store with an impressive inventory. Dave and Danny not only extracted the stuck magazine, they also swapped the steel magazine release back to the polymer one I brought with me. They refused any payment even though I was more than happy to pay. They did me a huge favor -- I have to qualify with this pistol in just a few days. I'm extremely grateful. I also discovered an excellent shop I didn't know existed. You've got a customer for life. Thanks again, Dave and Danny.

I was purchasing a Kriss Vector 10mm, yet the store released my firearm to another individual who was there to pick up a Kriss Vector .45 ACP. They failed to verify the serial number before transfer which is a fundamental requirement under federal law for proper firearm disposition. This is not a clerical error. It is a breakdown in mandatory record‑keeping and transfer procedures, the very safeguards designed to prevent misidentification, theft, and unlawful possession. Confusing two serialized firearms of different calibers underscores a serious lapse in inventory control. Any FFL that mishandles serialized inventory in this way is demonstrating a dangerous disregard for regulatory obligations. I strongly advise others to consider the legal risks before doing business here.
