He's friendly, proactively provided updates so I wasn't left wondering about the progress of repair, and took care of navigating insurance, from working with the adjuster to getting the estimate approved. I barely had to get involved. While I was waiting at the shop while they were doing a final test drive before handing over my car, I also had a chance to chat with the owner, Johnny, and a couple of the other employees there, and everyone's so nice! I was asked to bring my car in for an estimate, and when I arrived, John warmly welcomed me and quickly got the paperwork started for the repairs. Later that same day, I received a call from Aaron, who would be managing my repair. He introduced himself and let me know he had already contacted the other party's insurance company. From start to finish, Aaron was absolutely amazing. I never once had to wonder about the status of my car because he consistently kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. His communication and customer service were truly exceptional. The repair took nearly two weeks because Aaron worked diligently with the insurance company to ensure they approved all original OEM parts for my 2024 BMW M440 Coupe. That level of attention and advocacy gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. When I picked up my car, it looked BEAUTIFUL. They had washed and detailed it, and it honestly looked brand new again. Aaron carefully reviewed all the repairs and explained which parts had been replaced. Nobody ever wants to need an auto body shop, but if you do, JP Auto is the place to go. Most body shops have a reputation for poor communication and dismissive customer service, where you feel completely at their mercy -- but that was absolutely not the case here. JP Auto is truly top-notch. I sincerely hope I won't need body repairs again anytime soon, but if I do, I would return to JP Auto in a heartbeat.
