It's managed to capture that elusive modern-yet-quaint aesthetic--you'd never guess you were in a strip mall once you step inside The service is impressively prompt without feeling rushed. The staff is genuinely friendly and more than happy to point you toward their personal favorites if you're feeling indecisive. It's rare to find a spot that balances efficiency with such a welcoming vibe, but they've hit the sweet spot. All the food we've had has been fantastic from the Wilbur Skillet to the Maple Madness to the pancakes. Did I mention the coffee was great!!?? We will be back. read more

Great breakfast spot with attentive waitstaff and very solid breakfast offerings. Our group of three had a broad breakfast from pancakes to breakfast bowl and a brunchy sammy. All the food was good, hot and tasty. My guests said the pancake was a bit firm and found the biscuits to be similar. Not light and fluffy but still good. Home fries are standard potatoes from Gordon food service or similar. Coffee was nonstop and good. Servoce was quick but they didn't mind if people hung out. The restaurant filled up one side of the building while we were there on a Friday morning for about 90 min. Eggs were cooked correctly on the breakfast bowl. Brioche sammy could have use a touch more pesto aioli but was good and i took half home. Would meet again for breakfast and they have several locations. Parking is super easy at this local due to strip mall. We walked it off at the nearby Sam's club afterwards. Would recommend for a hearty breakfast done well read more

Le Peep - thank you for being a breath of fresh air!! I was very pleasantly surprised by this brunch spot for a variety of reasons. Upon my arrival, I was greeted very kindly/warmly and seated quickly. It was right between the breakfast and lunch rush, but the staff was attentive, kind, and very upbeat. I really love how bright and airy it is inside, and how clean it was!! The menu has so many options - especially for people with dietary restrictions (gf, df, veg, vegan). My food was hot and very yummy. The eggs benedict was prepared (presumably) with vinegar as it had a stronger vinegar taste compared to other benedict's that I've had, but I won't complain about it because it was delicious. I definitely will be dining here again and will be recommending it to others. I have a service dog, and was so encouraged by how she & I were treated throughout my entire experience at Le Peep. I called ahead to see if I could get a reservation and found out they don't do reservations. Instead, I gave them more of a "heads up" that I would be coming in with my service dog. They were very positive in responding to this information and were so welcoming of us when we arrived. The staff was intentional to ask which available tables would work best for us, and were so professional to treat my dog as a working dog. They never once broke ADA protocol or treated us differently, and it was so refreshing. I'm thankful for places like this that strive to do things & treat people the right way!! I have visited the Le Peeps on the North side and always had exceptional service and food. The same cannot be said for the south side location. Our family came in on Memorial Day. We had planned on going to Main Street Grill but they were closed for the holiday. The dining area wasn't very busy at all since it was about an hour before they closed. We were sat quickish and had our drinks and order taken in less than 10 minutes. Our waitress was nice. Then it took 30 more minutes to get our food. Not sure why food was sooooooo slow. Only two other tables got food between the time we ordered and received our food. No to-go orders or anything like that was going out either. The food was good, and came out piping hot. The home fries are some of the best in Indy. Just the swiftness of the service at this location is lacking. read more

For a coffee, two entrees and the maple bun (which you can skip - basically half-melted brown sugar on an English muffin with a glob of cream cheese, definitely not worth $10) it was $60+ with tip. Thats comparable to what we paid for brunch at Commission Row downtown once for the same types of dishes and a much higher quality experience. I feel like this place could be really cool, it's just not there yet. It has only been open a few weeks. We actually tried to go a week ago and the line was out the door. We tried again today and it was busy on a Sunday around 9am but we did get seated right away. It's light and bright on the inside. Acoustically, it's not great. It is very loud inside and it was hard to hear the server and the other person even at my table. The menu is large and has plenty of options. The prices are a little on the higher side for the amount of food you get. My brother really liked the southwest omelette and home fries. I had the chai pancakes and they were just ok. They were really dry since they didn't come with syrup. The drink station is self serve. At least from what I could tell. I do like that aspect of the service, I don't mind getting my own refills. New Le Peep Restaurant in Greenwood first time experience was not good. Right when you walk into the restaurant there is the host stand. We stood waiting behind another couple for awhile and the host never took any names down. There was no system in place he just said he'll point to the next guest when a table is available which seemed odd. They need to train or hire a hostess that maintain a process for checking in guest. He said the wait would be about it 10 minutes we stood there waiting with no updates and decided to leave after looking around and observing not many tables had even been served their orders. There was no smell of food, the lighting was very dem. Off this experience we wouldn't recommend but given they are new maybe we will give them another shot in the future. A great place for a catch-up brunch with a friend. Our server, Kelci, was attentive and knew the menu backward and forward. The tables are far enough apart that you don't have to listen to all the other diners' conversations. The French toast was sweet perfection without being too overpoweringly sweet, and I can unequivocally recommend the peach mimosa. As the parking lot is shared with several other busy restaurants, it might be a little hard to find a parking spot during peak times, but you can park at the Mexican restaurant across the way and walk a short distance. read more

This location opened up not too long in the Greenwood area. We came in around 9:45 AM and had to wait about 15 minutes since it was so busy! Which was great to see. We were served pretty quickly but then not checked on again until the bill came. I'm sure this is due to being short staffed during the breakfast rush. I got the Huevos Chorizo Breakfast Burrito and my dad got the Windjammer. They were both delicious and full of flavor. I would note that they don't have soda machines, so all their soda comes from a can. I'm hoping they can get some of the kinks worked out, but the food is definitely worth another visit. read more

It was hard to have a conversation. Maybe a drop ceiling or curtains would help this. Not very clean for being recently opened either. Since it was lunchtime, I had a soup/sandwich. My Cobb salad was good, with blue cheese and a nice chicken breast. I also had a cup of potato soup. Good flavor, but kind of blended, not one potato in it. I left feeling like I should've ordered the Monday pancakes. On an aside, my lunch mate had a BLT, and it didn't have mayonnaise on it, so she asked for some. They charged her $1.00 for it. We took our grandson out for breakfast at our newly opened Le Peep restaurant. He's gluten free, so there are limited options. What floored us was that 1 gluten free waffle, a couple sausage patties, and a small OJ for a kid was $25. The OJ alone was $8!!! Our 2 adult breakfast options were $15 each which seems to be the norm at fancy breakfast places, but I think Ill stick to Cracker Barrel for a much better value and honestly better tasting breakfast in the future.
