    Smashbrowns and chicken maple biscuit
    Ariel S.

Stopped by for a quick breakfast with my boyfriend and the experience was smooth and easy. You order at the counter, then grab your food and seat yourself. We chose to sit outside under an umbrella. We both really enjoyed the biscuits, and the churro iced latte. I wasn't too into the smash browns, but everything else hit the spot. While it might not be a go-to spot for me, I wouldn't mind coming back if someone else suggested it. Solid option overall.

First time trying this place out. Unique experience. Great breakfast. Great service. I got the Five and Dime biscuit and it was excellent. Prices are on the higher side, but that is everywhere these days, so just roll with it. Give this place a try. I would go back.

We decided to check out Maple Street Biscuit company on A whim. I would describe this place as fast-casual dining. You order your food at a register and instead of asking you for your name they ask you the question of the month. Today's question was " what are you looking forward to this year? " whatever answer you give becomes your order name. I really liked this because you get to know a little about your fellow diners as they are calling order names out for pick up. While we were dining we heard: -"Order up for getting sleep maybe" -"Drinks for getting married" -" food pickup for vacation" It was a really fun part of the dining experience here. The staff was kind and helped us with the menu. The food was pretty good. As a proud southerner I take my biscuits seriously and this place passed the vibe check. The shareable smashbrowns were crispy delicious!! Overall I enjoyed my dining experience and look forward to coming again.

Very cool environment and relaxed. I love the churro hot latte. The iced cinnamon biscuit bun was good but not great. The biscuits and spicy gravy spicy with the fried chicken and bacon was delicious!

We are lovers of Maple Street as we moved from Jacksonville, FL. We were so excited when one opened up in Richmond. The Squawking Goat will forever be one of my favorite meals. It is always cooked to perfection. The goat cheese and the pepper jelly are a match made in heaven. I love the kid's menu options for my kiddos. They love the waffles. While this is one of our favorite spots, sometimes the service is hit or miss. We have gone once and our order got lost and we waited 45 minutes for our food. But the food has kept us coming back.

Umm love this place? First, staff is incredible. Second, I so appreciate Maple Street's effort to make this a different, more fun coffee/breakfast experience. They have a question Of the day, and your answer is what they call out for your order. I got a maple vanilla latte which is maybe my new favorite latte, and a chicken biscuit to go. Both were fantastic! Can't wait to come back here. ALSO as a remote worker, this place is a dream. Huge round table that seats at least 10, tons of space, great food and coffee.

Not too little place in a strip mall across from the mall. Very clean. Served Chipotle style and we were greeted by friendly staff and asked the question if the month . Food came out quickly. The biscuits were light and fluffy. The Iron goat came with hot pepper jelly which was unique and delicious. Great little spot

I love Maple Street it's such a cute little restaurant that is inviting and fun. I love how they have different themes to call out your order. All of the wait staff is so kind, helpful and helpful. I got the Potatoes O'Ryan Bowl, Maple Tap Coffee and Iced Cinnamon Biscuit all were flavored well and tasted really good such a great visit. This days theme was your favorite artist or song and it was fun to hear the different artist and song choices.

    Biscuits and shitake mushroom gravy

I picked this spot because as a vegetarian it's incredibly difficult to find vegetarian biscuits and gravy. This place has a shitake gravy and it's to die for. I was so surprised at how delicious it is and reminds me of the B&G I was lucky to eat growing up. Portion size is huge and very affordable for what you get. I also got a sweet cream cold brew with pretty low expectations as I'm kind of a big coffee person and it did not disappoint. Definitely check this spot out! My only issue I had was it took a very long time to get my coffee after my entree but the staff made it right and without me asking comped it for me. Incredible customer service. I will be back for sure.

That chicken biscuit!!! Delicious. The biscuit was soft to the touch. I wondered why it's nearly eight dollars. Then I saw it and wondered no more. With the maple syrup, there's a nice taste of sweet. I was plenty full. I also love that the place is open early. I sat inside and there's plenty of seating. I loved that the place has a question of the month. Your answer is how they call your order. It makes for a unique experience.

Chicken tenders and chips & fried green tomatoes
    Tracy B.

The food was really good. I had the chicken tenders and chips and fried green tomatoes. I was not a fan of the chips but I was told I had to get them because they don't substitute sides that's why I got the fried green tomatoes and may I say they were YUMMMMMMMMY they alone is a 9 out of 10. If it was a little more Krispy it would have easily been a10. The chicken tenders definitely get a 10 they was perfectly cooked and coated the flavors was on point probably some of the best tenders I've ever had. I didn't eat the biscuit but it was very soft. The food was reasonable price and the portions was perfect. The experience was amazing the staff was friendly the restaurant was super clean when I went to pick up my order so I will definitely continue to visit this place regularly and try new things (ps. This was my first time eating here)

I am a creature of habit. I found what I like here and I stick to it. Always delicious. Service a great and food came quick, plenty of seating inside and outside as usual.

Cute place with a super friendly staff and good food. As a northerner, I have not eaten a lot of biscuits, and having recently moved to the area, I decided it was time to see what all the fuss was about! I stopped in for a late breakfast and decided on the Iron Goat biscuit sandwich, with goat cheese, sautéed spinach, egg, and pepper jelly. I opted for a sunny side up egg, not realizing how much more challenging that would make my sandwich to pick up! Not to worry, there were ample utensils available. The biscuit was super flaky and a bit crumbly, and the sandwich was really yummy. The combination of the goat cheese, sautéed spinach, and runny egg was great. I wasn't a fan of the pepper jelly, as I thought the sweetness didn't go well with the tang of the goat cheese, so I'm glad it came on the side. I got an iced coffee and was impressed with the flavor and strength of the coffee. I also appreciated that there were free refills. All in all, this was a great choice, and I'll definitely be back.

Usually this place has a line but with other breakfast restaurants opening in the area, I think the crowds have spread out to different brunch/breakfast places. We ordered coffee and were brought water. The coffee is good. I can drink it black, no problem. They should sell the beans! I've been trying to eat healthier so got their gracious goodness breakfast, which was made with egg whites, spinach, mushrooms, feta, onions and tomatoes. It's served with either grits or hash browns and toast. I got my toast without butter. My husband got an omelet that had sausage, veggies, potatoes, etc. it came with the same sides options and he chose girls, and toast. When my egg white omelet showed up it was swimming in butter. You can see how much if you look at the picture. So much for being healthy. The toast was barely toasted and the potatoes were lukewarm and tasted like they've bit sitting in a box in the walk-in for too long. They weren't crispy either. I didn't eat the potatoes and only ate half of the omelet. I also had a side of corned beef hash because it's one of my favorites. My husband said his omelet was just okay. Next time we go for breakfast we will probably go somewhere else. I know the Eggs Up Grill where I grew up closed (it was in Mt Pleasant SC). The difficulty in franchise restaurants is the quality control. This Eggs Up might be suffering from the same thing. I hope the owner pays more attention to food quality This was just an okay breakfast for me. I don't know that I'd order the same
