I was driving home from work and realized I was not going to make the appointment and I notified Shirley right away. I understood I needed to pay a late fee of $88, I was fine with that. Yesterday, I noticed she actually charged me a $176 late fee. So I contacted her. She said because I needed herbs, it was actually two appointments I was being charged a late fee. That feels very unethical. I have only ever had one appointment time, I pay for one co-pay, I get billed for one visit but now when I needed to cancel an appointment, I have two fees to pay? It is too bad that her desire for money, takes over for their care of patients. This feels unethetic and has been reported to the BBB.

The staff are so friendly and personable. And their hours are very accommodating to working people - a bonus! The set up does very much feel like a Drs office with multiple treatment rooms, and you will likely wait a few mins (maybe 5 at most) in the office waiting for the Dr. But they offer heat pads and an assortment of magazines while you wait, so the time goes fast. Dr Murray is pleasant and professional. You are in and out in quickly. Overall I like this place and would definitely recommend.
