This is the second time I have used Maple Valley Towing, they always help me right away. I had called another tow service to see if they could pick up my car at the high school and tow it to a shop. They told me I had to be there and could not take any payment information over the phone. This is when I called Maple Valley Towing and he said he would be there at the school pick up the car and tow it to the shop and I could give him payment over the phone. I didn't book my towing with this company but I should have. Instead I called a competitor which seemed reliable and offered to pick up quickly. It's now 3 hours later and they are not here. Meanwhile, I have called Maple Valley Towing twice and each time I spoke with the owner, he did what he could (even called one customer to see if he was flexible, but honored his priority) to help me out. Amazing!!! I wish I could give 20 stars! I'm so thankful tonight. My husband was coming home from work on 18 and suddenly his 2013 Ford F-150 check engine light came on and shortly after just stalled in the middle of 18. An incredible officer helped push him up the mountain to Tiger mountain summit. I met him there with our two young girls and called our roadside assistance through our insurance plan. After a very frustrating hour of no ETA I called and they hadn't sent anyone out yet. I quickly decided it was worth paying out of pocket to not wait any longer and googled the nearest company and found Maple Valley Towing. I called, priced and they were to our rescue within a half hour. Beautiful truck, very fast and knowledgeable, dropped off and parked at Repair shop we requested, all in the time we waited for our roadside to send someone.
