He assured me that he knew what he was doing and put me at ease. He was able to visit us on the same day, within a couple of hours of receiving my call. Not only did he stop by and assess the situation, but he also spoke to staff, assuring them that the snake was harmless and instructing them on what to do. He put out sticky boards to trap the snake. His plan was to gently remove the snake from the building without harming it and returning it to the wildlife, and I thought that was pretty awesome.
