After a couple of days of no traps triggered, then they proceeded to cover them with colored metal flashing which matched my home's color (blends perfectly) they also found other entry points that I would not have noticed or dared to reach and sealed as well. She is happy to help and works for schedule technicians as soon as possible. The technician who came out today, Matthew S, was super friendly and helpful. He came in, with appropriate PPE, and took care of the problem and educated us on the process that he was administering.
