He charges a fair, standard fee and doesn't play games. Marcel came out the next day and gave me a zero-pressure quote. Although my AC and furnace were from 1989 they were still technically 'working,' but I noticed the heater wouldn't always kick on and the AC would struggle. Marcel was honest and said they were fine for now, but you never know when units that old will finally go. I decided to change them now rather than wait for an emergency. Even though I just got the quote, he had an opening and was able to get the AC installed just two days later! A few days after that, I decided to do the furnace too. This is where they really shined: because of how that 1989 Carrier system was built, they had to do almost double the work to modify the setup they had just done for the AC. I finally had appointment set for today. They texted and asked to come earlier and I said yes, now they've cancelled the appointment because I didn't respond to a call (hello, I answered your text). I would be more forgiving, since I've had a pretty long relationship previously under other management, but I've been waiting weeks and weeks for repairs to MEON system they installed (I've had the part they sent me for about a month now), as well as for a special order faucet repair. The parts arrived at their warehouse for the faucet and then were sent back, so that caused another two weeks of waiting. I'm done. This is not the company it was before.
