I thought it was just me but then my husband said the same thing.When i went to go look at the water heater i noticed it was blinking red! So naturally we reached out to other teams/ technicians and they gave us every excuse in the book to just "replace the water heater " which we all know is absurd in pricing. We were told that our water heater wasn't under warranty , Boy were they wrong! So after some digging and figuring out what was really wrong and what i needed Chris and his team came into play! I was straight forward about what i needed ( just pricing for a specific part, nothing more nothing less) and that exactly what Chris did, We had to wait a couple of days for the parts from the manufacturer , and scheduled everything . Let me tell you no running hot water for a week isn't for the weak ... but we survived. Chris was clear and concise. He saw the issue and so nice explaining everything and helping us out. And pricing was honest for the labor they had to do. The manufacturer has sent two different parts , so we didn't know what was exactly the issue was we just know it was one or the other. Chris placed in the Gas control value and we were back in running. But after 4 hours we were back to blinking red. So calling him again he had a fellow technician out the next day to help us out. His team was amazing and had installed the 2nd part and we have hot running water ever since! Im extremely happy with the work ethic and professionalism. So this review is about the service Chris provided. He was very responsive to messages and…read morereturning phone calls but did not do a great job in the small leak I had. One of the connector under my sink was leaking. He changed it but forgot to one small part inside the line (according to the other plumber who came at a later date to fix the problem). The problem was not obvious initially, but after 2-3 months the connector portion started leaking more and more. That was one reason for this review. Another reason is, I had problem with my shower temperature and suspect something is wrong with shower cartridges. However Chris told me he doesn't know how to take this shower handle off so he needs to cut off the handle to access inside and so I will have to replace the handle as well if I want the job done. Well, the plumber that fixed my sink issue had no problem taking off the handle. He did have to spend a bit more time figuring it out. There is some corrosion around the screw area but it was doable. So either Chris ability is not as good or he doesn't have the patience to figure it out. For that reason, the service he provided a few months back was not satisfactory
